This is my second stay here Overall I am very happy with this hotel I had a very bad breakfast experience in the restaurant My breakfast is usually light. I just wanted to have bread and cheese with coffee The woman was simply terrible and unacceptable She was arguing with me that she must pick and bring to me I said I prefer to get them myself It was back and forth This woman was greedy and should not be allowed to work At Hyatt. Or she should e better trained
Everything was perfect! Thank you!
Demanded extra $ for one of many rooms facing Eiff
Bad business to pretend to sell old rooms in need of fixing for standard price of many renovated rooms with views of Eiffel or Arc de Triomph
Perfect location, great staff & service

Old rooms, need re innovation
Perfect for buisness and palais des congres event
- Easy to get to the hotel with Air France "Le Car" shuttle from Paris Airports - Nice view of Paris from the higher rooms - Must visit the Bar La Vue bar at the 34th
- Rooms are a bit old and not in maintenance condition for this level of hotel
After booked and paid the reservation thru Kayak, the hotel could not locate my reservation. They made me wait for over 2 hours at the lobby until they could find a solution.
