Pros (+) The location was excellent, walking distance from Eiffel Tower. The staff were very friendly, the concierge sent us to a small bakery that had the best croissants we’ve ever had.

Summary of reviews
Guests say
Guests consistently praised the hotel's prime location near major attractions like the Eiffel Tower and the River Seine. Many reviews highlighted the friendly and attentive staff, with several guests receiving thoughtful touches such as room upgrades and welcome treats. The breakfast was frequently described as excellent, and rooms were noted for their cleanliness and comfort. However, a few guests experienced issues with service consistency, room allocation, and value for price, but overall, the positives outweighed the negatives.AI-generated from customer reviews
