Great location and access to metro and transport.
Very tired proprrty. In need of a seious overhaul of the accommodations. Hallway carpets stained and dirty. Paintwork worn and needs redoing.

How friendly and helpful the staff are ! They upgraded us for free as we did not like the first room and gave us late checkout for free !
When we first arrived our standard room was nothing like the pictures. The bed was squeeky and the room was tiny. The bathroom had a bad smell. We went to reception and they upgraded us to a privilege room for no charge which was amazing.
