Cons: "People did not follow the boarding orders everybody just lined up all at one time and the crew let them on board even though they weren't supposed to go on so even though I was supposed to board first I could board last. I didn't really like the selection for the Japanese and Korean m music with no CJ pop and Kpop like more traditional Japanese music like Koto and more traditional Korean music"

Cons: "The flight was delayed 24hrs which is not the fault of Korean airlines however Boarding was so disorgainsed with no information on the process, almost no priority boarding. We were told that people with boarding passes of the original flight date had to wait for more recent passes. This led many to think that they would be kicked off the flight after waiting 24hrs. Once we did finally board we found that they had made a mistake and had to deboard a passenger resulting in an extra hour delay"

Pros: "This time I made the mistake of flying with my kids (4 and 6). The flight or them was last minute (booked less than 8 hours before take off) so there were no pre-planned kids meals etc. The in cabin team were awesome! They made sure they go a choice of meals, that they had things to do, that they were enjoying the flights. This on top of the usual awesome that they have."
Cons: "It's still in Huston. Flying economy isn't the same as flying business but my bank account says I need the cheaper option. Can we please move this flight to DFW instead? :-)"

Cons: "I booked on Emirates and on my way back I flew with Fly Dubai it wasn’t specified in the ticket. There were no pillows, no covers and I was freezing! No entertainment it is a downgrade from Emirates. At least the ticket should have costed less."

Pros: "I had a fast and easy check-in at Denpasar airport. In flight service by cabin crew was very good, as I normally get in the business class at Emirates. Flight left Denpasar on time and arrived in Auckland some 30 mins early, which was nice. Enjoyed a late dinner - the mie goreng ayam was particularly tasty!"
Cons: "In the past on overnight flights Emirates I have received a pyjama set in the Business Class, which made it very comfortable to sleep. But this time this was not given, so I had to sleep in my day-wear, which was a bit uncomformtable."

Service and boarding is good in brussels But in Qatar, boarding needs to be improved and waiting in very big queue for boarding. Parents with kids needs to be given some priority also.
Bag check in at DC was slow. Boarding process was slow more due to customers unfamiliar with how to board properly. Food and service was excellent!
The hindu meal food did not taste good. Also the seats were not comfortable as compare to other airlines
I was not able to check in online before the travel. It showed some error. I remember I could not do this during my onward journey. I called Qatar and they said there was a glitch.
Cons: "Qatar airways changed the flight time which made the layover 8 hours instead of 3 hours. For the inconvenient it was caused Qatar airways made no effort to compensate."

Pros: "On March 4, my wife and I made a flight from New York to Sydney with a transfer in Doha, Qatar. We flew the Qatar airline business class. Everything was great despite a very large flight. New plane, very clean. Wide comfortable seats turning into a large comfortable bed. Great menu and good wine list. All staff are professionally trained and very friendly. All this made this flight very comfortable and we were not tired."

Cons: "At CKG, mobile boarding passes for international are not accepted by the security screening authority, which says only boarding passes printed at the counter are acceptable. The QR counter opens approximately 3.5~4 hours ahead of the departure of the airlines only flight from CKG."

Pros: "The crew was very professional and helpful. If you travel Business Class it is very pleasant. But if you are traveling Economy the boarding management and economy seats suck! Many people were complaining about how narrow the economy seats are on the A320/330 aircraft."
Cons: "Swiss has finally done it! If you are a person who is large framed, around 225 lbs or higher you will not fit into their economy seats. I'm quite athletic and not obese but large framed (ex- football player), I could not sit squarely in the seat as my hips were severely pinched. Misery :("

The booking agent didn’t complete all the way in the computer. I am thankful that I had my original paper and Swiss airlines fix it"
