My experience at checkin counter at Amritsar airport was not good. The lady at the desk didn’t allow me to carry 1 kg extra in carry on trolley. In 15 years of flying experience with different airlines, trolly weight was checked for first time. Looks like Qatar Airways has different rules based on the countries.

Food was not good and entertainment was also not updated The cleanliness was good and service was good

Except for the missing baggage everything is excellent.

Great flight

Staff was great and very helpful. But in Mumbai airport had a tough time to get wheelchair and some misunderstanding in getting wheelchair for me and for my wife. It took them almost 2 hours to give us wheelchairs

However we were flying West and thus into daylight. Sadly the window seated passengers were not asked to close their window blinds to block out the sunlight and many were left open. This made the cabin very bright and a difficult environment in which to sleep. Too much advertising before the on board videos, but otherwise content was good."

And I arrived the gate minutes before the departure time. They can’t wait?! If so, why is it ok for them to delay for an hour without any explanation not to mention apology? Sure there are RULES. Almost always the most shady, scammy and money hungry airlines who use ridiculous or ad hoc made RULES to set pitfalls for customers and ensure their profit gains by doing so!! With normal airlines, you realize your luggage which has been slightly overweight or over sized will be able to pass through without incurring any penalties. So any saying of rules are lame excuses and are shitty airlines’ lame excuses. The thing is good airlines will delay their flight a few minutes to wait for the passenger. If this is considered too needy of a requirement, then what happens next will shock you and reaffirm you how wrongful and shady this airline is. After missing the flight despite you arrived before the departing time, you have to purchase a full price ticket in order to fly again. As I declined to fly with them again since the ticket is too pricey and repurchased a ticket with another airline, they came up with an excuse that in order to release my luggage, they have to reissue a new flight ticket: so I have to pay both a luggage release fee and a flight ticket fee!!! What a gold digger Qatar Airway is haha. Luckily as I protested, they eventually didn’t make me to pay for a new flight ticket fee except a luggage release fee (really?). The sales office quoted a price of $250 to the luggage office. Then it took me a few minutes to get to the sales office. Strange thing happened, despite I mentioned the communication they are aware of, they are trying to find some “RULES” again to validate that I have to pay for an air ticket. I emphasized that is not the case. As I get irritated, guess what they did? They managed to come up with another excuse that in or"

Crew had enough time to pay a bit more attention to passengers. The service level of Lufthansa has been very poor in the past 2 years and I will fly from now on with other airlines where possible. This in particular considering that Lufthansa increased their prices above average.

They left my checked bag in my original location even though my wife’s checked bag made it to the destination. The flight was delayed to the point that we missed our connecting flight and the automatic rebooking was for a flight way further out than was helpful for our trip. Their customer service is nearly non-existent and they don’t seem to care about when they make an egregious mistake. Avoid this airline. It’s terrible.

The Eurowings (Lufthansa) crew was very professional and accommodating. From checkin to luggage delivery the interactions were welcoming and respectful. The plane was impeccable. We were delayed leaving Tampa and in serious jeopardy of missing our connection to Barcelona. However, we were very relieved that our connection was “waiting “ even though we arrived at the gate at departure time.

We spent over $1,200 to upgraded to buisness class and they didnt tell us that they separated our seats and only had economy seats together. So we downgraded in order to sit together and they wouldn't give us a refund. Then when we got to Split, Croatia they had lost our baggage and we are still waiting for them to find our luggage. Now we are scrambling to find clothes to wear and necessary items in order to live. Terrible start to our vacation

When the person in front of me reclines, then I am almost forced to recline so I have enough room."

Assigned seating at the time of purchase and knock offs the Nick and dining to choose a seat. What a bunch of crooks. No mention of this was made when I purchased the flight -EVERY SEAT HAD A FEE! Delayed take off at origin and connection- HIW ABOUT A REFUND FIR MY ANXIETY? Very disappointed.

The check in was delayed by 20min as the lady could not see that I had already paid for the checked in luggage, and wanted to charge me! I showed her the receipts of the payment and she made a long phone conversation to another staff member and finally accepted my receipt. When she realised that I had booked with kiwi.com her comment was ’dont ever book with them again, we have so much trouble getting the information we need’ Thats not good advertisement for your organisation!!

Our family booked three seats. The entertainment screen in front of one seat froze on the third hour of flight. Even though I complained about it to two crew members, they promised, but in reality did not try to resolve the situation. I guess the attention to passenger needs could be improved. I appreciated if one of flight attendants could replace the broken screen with any other way, for instance, coloring book or a notebook for a child, who was left w/o working screen. Otherwise, FINNAIR is a fantastic company ! Thank you !

There was family that was not seated together, some seated in business class and some in economy that kept having meetings in the business class area in the aisles and hovering over other business class passengers seats. The crew was ignoring this and never attended to this matter despite the obvious discomfort of other passengers. Also for business class there was no service until after more than 1 hour in the air. I did however see the steward go to economy several times with coffee several times during this hour. The staff was friendly when they did finally decide to provide service, that I liked.

If the person in front of you is asleep during meal service, the FA (flight attendant) won't lift the seat and it may be a very uncomfortable meal experience. Other airlines will have the FA do it themselves. ...and you need to be careful about staying awake to get food (otherwise you can get forgotten)."

Cons: "First of all, though this was booked as a Finnair flight, Finnair was never part of the process after the booking. We rec'd an email from Kayak saying we could check in 36 hrs early - not so. Even at the 24 hr mark, we were unable to check in via Finnair - had to go to British Airways. Finnair was not represented at either airport - British Airways. On the return, British Airways canceled our flight (2 hrs before takeoff), and we could not get a non-stop flight home. This meant that we had to change terminals, retrieve our bags at the layover, recheck, etc. which of course, added 3 hrs to the original length of the trip. Where's our compensation? We paid for a round trip non-stop flight."

Everything good

I had my seat reserved since the day I bought my tickets(3 months in advance) and even after checking my seat confirmation on the same day of my flight they changed my seat during the check-in. I have a broken foot and was accompanied by another person. I had to fly in a seat that was not appropriate for my broken foot situation and without my companion next to me. This airline does not respect its customers.

Bus driver could not tell me for sure what time we were going to be picked up in the morning - maybe 6:30 AM? I was told. No one at the gate gave me this information either. I was ready at 6:15 AM and the bus was full. I waited for second bus. No breakfast at the hotel. Flight to Santiago was uneventful and crew during the flight were polite."

Food could be improved, specially offering vegetarian alternative for all of the food services. The movie selection could be improved (in variety and vintage). Cons: "I was unable to choose my seats on line in advance, which created a stressful situation when at check-in we found that my wife and I were not seated together. Fortunately for the first leg of the trip (Santiago-Lima) there was an empty seat by her and I took it; and for the second leg (Lima-Los Angeles) the passenger next to her was upgraded on the last minute and left his seat for me. Latam has great service, but must let customers choose their seats or guarantee assigning adjacent seats to passengers traveling together, The process for servicing of the plane during the stop-over in Lima could be improved. I know it is hard to do minor cleaning, tidy-up, and replacement of pillows & blankets while many passengers remain on board, but at least there should be an announcement describing what the passengers are to expect during the stop-over."

Delayed on tarmac for over an hour

During the flight there wasn't much turbulence so that's a plus for me, the snack was pretty good, the attention and amability from the flight crew was incredible.

Cons: "I was in the only full row on the plane. The flight attendant waited until we couldn’t move to offer us to move to empty rows. By the time we were able to move, the other people in the row were sleeping. I wanted to stretch but couldn’t. Not a great way to start 2021."

Cons: "There was a delay from Charlotte to Dallas but not too much so it was fine. Once we arrived in Dallas, however, it took an absorbent amount of time for the crew to open the door. On top of that, the skyline in Dallas was broken down and it caused me to miss my flight completely. I’m a student so I don’t have much money so I had to “sleep” in the airport because I couldn’t get a hotel voucher due to the fact that I missed my flight due to the airport and not the airline itself. My next flight is tomorrow morning but now takes away time from an incredibly busy and tight schedule that I was on. Not happy at all with the Dallas airport."

[2] Food service is terrible. no options, specially for kids or people with food restrictions. Not even the payed ones offer healthy food alternatives. [3] No comfort at all for a flight that departs little before midnight and arrives at 7 am at its destination. They forgot about the pillows and blankets you find in other airlines. [4] at the end, when I collected my baggage I realized 1 wheel was missing from one of my suitcases. I informed the airline and 3 days later I receive an email saying that the airline is not responsible for damages that include wheels and other "baggage accessories" I did not rate the flight poor because at least it manages to arrive to its final destination..."

We did, asked for boarding passes and were told it would cost $150.00 to take the earlier flight...so we sat for more than 3 hours waiting for our connection, after buying over $2,000 in airfare, traveling for 24 hours and seeing a partly empty plane leave Charlotte for Knoxville. We were the given the back two non reclining seats on the flight, even though we had booked weeks in advance...so no we felt very let down at the end of a difficult trip."
