Cons: "When flying from New Zealand to Doha, we departed Auckland at 15h25 and due to the time zone, most passengers body clocks would have been expecting sleep within a few hours. However we were flying West and thus into daylight. Sadly the window seated passengers were not asked to close their window blinds to block out the sunlight and many were left open. This made the cabin very bright and a difficult environment in which to sleep. Too much advertising before the on board videos, but otherwise content was good."

Cons: "carry-on did not fit on center overhead compartment unless I put it side ways (Same carry-on suitcase fit nicely on Emirates airplanes, so the carry-on overhead compartments have been made smaller on Qatar on purpose or by engineering error, and I will not fly Qatar airlines again. Less food options. I went to the Gally and they only had kitkat bars for food. Emirates offer fruit, sandwiches, and many choices at ALL TIMES of the flight for economy class passengers. Entertainment computer (Android based system) ran slow and out of memory at times. Seats were not comfortable for 12hrs flight. My butt was starting to hurt. I did not have this issues on Emirates flights."

Cons: "My only complaint was that we had a 10 hour layover in Qatar....and it was when the city was closed down. So there was nothing for my new husband and I to do. I wish that the airline would have given us more direction and help. Or have us a room for the night"
Pros: "This flight had one of the best selections of movies I've seen on a flight.....a damn good thing given the 15-hr duration of the flight. I had so many screaming babies around me that the flight attendants helped me to move to another part of the plane. They were incredibly sympathetic and accommodating. Airlines from the USA could learn a thing or two from Qatar Airlines."

Pros: "The trip was very pleasant as usual, being frequent flyer on Qatar airways since 2005, I can only tell that this is so far the best airline company. Great service. On time if not ahead Never lost a bag or got it delayed. Very diversified entertainment program Lovely staff Confortable and clean flights. And of course convenient price. Briefly, I love Qatar Airways and it is my first choice wherever I travel."

Cons: "Kayak/priceline re-booked my flight for my sister and I from SAA to BA, but failed to completely reissue us tickets. When we checked in for the flight, we had no ticket for the first leg of the flight, but we had tickets for the remaining flights. We immediately called to fix this problem, but due to slow customer service, we weren't issued tickets in time and the flight left without us. We missed all remaining connecting flights and were forced to buy New tickets. Now we have to work with kayak/priceline to get all my money back due to their error. We came back a day later than expected and missed going back to work."
Cons: "Check in to the boarding lounge was a bit chaotic and there were a lot of angry customers yelling at airline staff. The process needs to be improved."
Cons: "Somebody smoke in the bathroom. My husband went and told the crew. But nothing was sone. They should have announced in the plane and action should have taken."
