The four PINS generated by the counter staff did not work. We all took turn to try to no avail. by then we have walked too far from the counter we could not be bother going back. No airport that I've been to had poor internet service connection like this airport, yet it is supposed to be THE WORLD'S NUMBER ONE AIRLINE. We boarded at 11.30pm, last time we flew with them they gave us supper. Last night they gave us only water. We went to sleep hungry till the morning. Since when they started to operate like those cheap airlines that you have to pay for your food? And the night package did not have eye mask.... how could we sleep... ? Singapore airline could learn from Qtar. Very very disappointed."

A part of the interior wall fell off onto my foot upon take off and I had to hold it in place for a while until a hostess came....doesn’t give you the best feeling when the plane starts breaking on take off. One of the male stewards was appalling towards a young mum I sat next too...too the extent of giving her dirty looks because she spilled a bit of water on the seat and then told her she had to pack everything away she was using, including the baby wipes! I stepped in and told him how this was not ok and all other staff members were helpful and he was making this Mum upset. He should not be working for such a people friendly reputable airline! Maybe Jetstar instead! Was appalled at the entire flight to be honest!"

Tried multiple headsets but having the socket and jack on the inside of the armrest where it was so easily knocked by you leg was so incredibly stupid and made it hard to get comfortable or move position in the seat. First time I've ever seen this on a plane. Ok, so Qantas got us there safely but the inflight movies its what makes it bearable."

Pros: "The Qantas lounge in Singapore is very nice. Nothing special relative to some others like Cathay, but lots of showers and good food are the key for a stopover, and the Qantas Lounge has that. The meal options are better out of Singapore than coming in to Singapore, The "order ahead" breakfast concept, where you place your order for breakfast when you board has it pros and cons. The personal service is nice, but one needs to know almost 12 hours ahead of time what they feel like eating. Overall a positive, but for me, it's hard for me to anticipate my appetite. It was my first A380 flight (together with the Sydney - Singapore leg), and overall I was disappointed relative to the Dreamliner. Yet it stands out as a positive the way that Qantas has configured business class on the upper deck. It's quite peaceful."

I feel like I had more comfortable seats 15 years ago on BA, and the world has come a long way since then. The planned upgrades are sorely needed."

On meals, forget the things that are impossible to to sustain in a fresh/tasty state, like melon, Tomatoes fried, certain types of sandwich where the bread absorbs any liquid/juice, overuse of rolls. The meals are tested under almost clinical conditions, who ever travels Economy and tastes the food in situ. Put more of the edible foood in. People prefer a single course meal as against a 3 course with dead ends on each side of the main."

Cons: "The security check at the gate requires one to leave the comfort of the lounge early incase of queues and then wait in an over crowded lounge with the other passengers (so the fact you are business/first or have one world status does little to ease the burden of boarding. The lounge also did not offer red eye passengers a meal and the on board meal service is slow (so if you are hungry it eats into precious sleeping time). The breakfast wakeup was also disappointing. My meal of choice was not available and the whole process was rushed like a fast food restaurant. Overall I am disappointed by the club world offering on this route and would not pay for it again unless intended to get on and just sleep for the entire journey."

Pros: "Sydney arrival amazing swift immigration and customs staff polite another step forward Australia"
Cons: "The BREAKFAST wow CHILLED egg and bacon sandwich it may have been delicious in 1956 on an old Viscount but really substandard is an understatement LATE too tight to speed up ie spend more on fuel which increases the stress for me as now we are really close to missing the next leg but praise be - arrival was amazing once we got off the plane see above"

Pros: "I appreciated regular fluids; water and juices being brought around as this was quite a long haul-13hrs. Staff were good, although I would say less"
Cons: "The food was still ho-hum, ordinary. I would have thought exiting Singapore food could have been very tasty, some spice etc."

Cons: "Seats were so tight and uncomfortable. This was an 8+ hour flight and it was so hard to rest."

Pros: "The crew was attentive and smling and fun..the chicken curry was awesome--nice detials on this flight."
Cons: "Again seated next to the restroom and the chemical smell but really everything else was wonderful--"

Cons: "Boarding at venice was a disaster. they changed gate without annoncing it in english. I am sure they did it in Italian but not every travel speaks italian. getting on bus to airplane was not organized at all. staff let people ahead of me taking their carry on bags larger than my normal size bag but asked me to check in mine. i thought perhaps i am amoung the last and there is no room left. how ever while i was waiting they let many others take their carry on with them. i explained them that i have expensive Murrano glass in my carry on and prefer not to check in or at least provide a tag to mark it fragile. response was that we are out of tag! and i have no choioce. i was very upset theway they trreated me and told them i will file a complain and took their picture. almost by the time i was getting on bus one of crew approached me with at Fragile tag to add to my bag. after all when i received my carry on bag in LAX many of my gifts were smashed and broken."

Cons: "Flight was cancelled with no notice.or explanation Stuck at Heathrow no alternatives available. We are a party of 7 3 young children and 1 disabled passenger . Now one of us flys tomorrow via Madrid, and palma before mahon. All others fly Sunday via Barcelona. Hol ruined disgrace"

Cons: "No food service without payment .Not even a drink"

Cons: "The seats are not too comfortable"

Pros: "Nothing to like"
Cons: "Flight at a very inconvenient early time, though booked months ahed. The aircraft had no leg room at all, being excessively uncomfortable. You could not stay in the market with this rubbish in Australia."

Pros: "The boarding and crew were fine."
Cons: "I did not like the lack of complementary coffee or other drink for a two hour flight, especially at that time of the morning. Coffee was available, but only for a price, as were other food items. This was unexpected and certainly not appreciated."

Cons: "The crew were rude and dismissive"

Cons: "Booked and paid for extra legroom seats, but were just given normal seats"

Pros: "Wine fantastic, crew fantastic, comfortable seats in biz on A380. Food selection diabolical"
Cons: "Food was awgul"

Pros: "New plane. Good leg room. Good service overall."

Cons: "Crew were disinterested. One piece of luggage arrived the other a day later."

Pros: "Excellent flight. Staff very helpful and professional."

Cons: "There was a new born next to me and actually it was difficult to sleep."

Pros: "Nothing."
Cons: "Poor legroom with large entertainment boxes taking up valuable space under the seat. Armrests do not lift all the way up - only go 45 degrees which is useless if sitting next to your partner and want some more room!"

Pros: "Everything!"
