Pros: The crew was wonderful again. This time I had an aisle seat in the center section and it was much more comfortable. The food was vegetarian and quite good.

Pros: The crew member in my section was amazing, he went out of his way to greet each and everyone of us individually. The flight was comfortable, boarding a breeze and on time!

Pros: The crew, as always, was fantastic. Very helpful and always kind. The seats are comfortable enough, considering it was a long flight, and the excellent entertainment helped the time pass quickly.

Pros: Food was delicious. They served dinner and breakfast. The flight was not crowded. I was able to sleep by stretching across 3 economy seats in my row.

Cons: It would be better if the armrests went up.

Cons: At Sydney, 6-7 check-in agents for probably 400+ passengers, nearly an hour wait. Airline model is cheap seats, then charge like hell for everything else. Want seat selection or movies or preassigned seat or uncramped seat? Pay up. Ended up assigned next to toilet on a 10-hr red-eye flight.

Cons: Be sure to book your luggage in advance to avoid high fees.

Pros: Decemt crew.At least they didn't charge for water on the flight.

Cons: We did not include a checked bag when we purchased tickets (not knowing what we would have) and had to pay $60 per bag once we got to the airport. Absurd!

Pros: Was a huge help when my connecting flights didn’t link up due to flight delay, I was so stressed but every single person with air nz helped to make it as easy as possible and were so friendly!

Cons: This flight was close to perfect. Boarding process at the gate was a bit hectic, but manageable.

Pros: Jetstar agent was SUPER helpful with working out our checked baggage issue.

Cons: The checked baggage policy was not clear to me when I booked our tickets. In particular, it wasn't clear that checked baggage fees applied, that those fees are quite reasonable if you pay them more than two hours before departure, and that they are exorbitant if you pay them when you check in at the airport. Jetstar needs to be more up front with how its checked baggage fees work.

Pros: It is exactly what you pay for. The plane left on time and arrives on time.

Cons: You have no leg room and the service on the plane is just okay but for the price it is excellent. The way you pay in advance for the weight of your luggage is really tacky but that is how they make money.

Cons: I wish the land staff can be not so discriminative and please stop personal threaten against customers. Their bag drop leader Racheal is the most horrible person I have ever met in my life. Because of this horrified experience, I would never take Jetstar again.

Pros: The seats are comfortable. I was fortunate to have a gap in the middle seat. On my flight there was a delay due to a person needing to disembark before the flight took off. The flight dealt with the person inconsiderately and explained to everyone the reason for the delay.

Cons: Though one of the stewardess' was professional she was a little impersonal. That statement is a little harsh as she was very young. I am sure as she gains experience she will become great at what she does. Maybe a big smile would help when she addresses passages.

Pros: The crew is amazing. Always friendly, smiling and happy to oblige. Love the New Zealand hospitality. The inflight entertainment has so many programmes to watch, and the list of music options to listen in to is well stocked. Food is excellent. Obviously overate in the 9 1/2 hour flight.

Pros: Booked these flights though Kayak. Landing from LAX at 0730 at Auckland international terminal and then departing at 0900 from the domestic terminal. This is not enough time, doesn’t allow for customs and immigration. It was a really stressful experience running between terminals with my luggage, as there was less than a 1 hour window after getting through customs and immigration, so the bag drop at international wouldn’t accept them. Got to departure gate 12 minutes before plane departure. You need more time to have a good experience !

Pros: The economy seats are pretty comfy considering so many other airlines, however it does make it a bit difficult to eat with a knife and fork at meal times. But the idea of a recliner seat is great! Decent in-flight entertainment.

Cons: Maybe a little more space to be able to eat a little comfortably would help. But I can understand that it's an infrastructural change that might not be possible.

Pros: Strong crew service is the highlight of flying Air New Zealand. Plane comfort is good, with nice ambient lighting, decent seats and reasonably spacious toilets. At least for now, they have in-seat entertainment screens with lots of current offerings. Our flight had free wi-fi, a real plus.

Cons: Boarding with Air New Zealand at Heathrow was complex and poorly organised when compared to the smooth and efficient process at LAX. This has been the case each time I have flown this same route with this airline.

Cons: It was very cold so the cabin could have been warmer

Cons: I was not able to travel. When I reached the airport, I was told that I needed a transit visa for my 1.5 hr stopover in Auckland.

Pros: I cannot say enough good things especially about the Air New Zealand staff on this flight, they were truly amazing, went above and beyond to help me and others. They were personable & caring! The seat was comfortable and the dinner was the best tasting airline food I have eaten in years. Happy!
