The amenities offered in the Business class is far away less compared with other Air Companies. Emirates is going down in the competition pricing the same value as Qatar airways for example.
Friendly staff. My seat was changed at the last minute. Afterwards, my seat was taken by someone else by mistake.
Some how there was a miscommunication between JetBlue and kayak because my flight was canceled with JetBlue through kayak. I would not have know my flight was canceled unless I had called to verify exactly when my flight was. There was poor communication between kayak and JetBlue and I will never book with neither company every again.
Pros: "The Cabin crew was amazing, the ICE entertainment has many options of movies and programs, the flight was smooth to Singapore."

Pros: "The Boarding Emirates at Logan Airport is a nightmare. The staff are unhelpful, and take long time to process Transiting passengers. The Desk is understaffed, and the staff is rude."
Cons: "The flight has enough crew on board, but the staff usually stand together in the galley and keep gossiping, instead of going around once in a while and check on passengers. It's a long flight and crews change but the passengers don't."

Cons: "I had a 3 hour layover in Auckland before my connecting flight to Queenstown on the South Island. Quantas delays in Melbourne wiped that out forcing me to pay $500 NZD for a later flight on Air NZ. After contacting with Air NZ customer service and explaining the circumstances, they reduced it to $100 NZD. Pretty cool. Quantas basically said that since I had purchased a rock bottom priced ticket I should take a flying you know what at a rolling donut."
Cons: "30 passengers on a 60 seat plane. We should have been spaced out due to the Coronavirus, but NO. We reallocated seats which had us all jammed up the front and back with rows of empty seats in between. Not good enough Qantas! I asked to change and the cery pleasant hostess said no we were NOT allowed. I do NOT understand this."
Cons: "It’s ridiculous that Cheaptickets (your contracted agent) did not answer the phone to change flights. And when they did answer the phone, charged extortionate change fees above and beyond Qantas fees even during the coronavirus pandemic."

Cons: "For such a long trans-oceanic flight, I am used to the cabin crew coming around with drinks on a regular basis to keep people hydrated. That didn't really happen on this flight; I had to get up twice and walk to where the crew were hanging out (in a closed-curtain area) and ask for water."
Our yoga retreat was cancelled and besides not refunding is, they would not even let us change dates or locations. As a matter of fact they wouldn’t even talk to us and kept referring to the travel agent, who said they couldn’t change anything and it was up to the airline to do so. They passed the buck until it was too late to do anything about it. Avoid Latham and Budget Air for your travel plans.
Cons: "My seat wasn’t clean. Dirt was visible. We used Clorox wipes to clean it before sitting down. If someone had previously sat there with an illness, we would certainly be at risk. Very disappointing to see during Covid-19 outbreak."

Cons: "Luggage....it is allowed to charge but they shouldn’t charge. During on boarding they communicate that because the cabin was full of hand luggage the rest of the passengers needed to dispatch their hand luggage for free. This occurs only because they charge to dispatch luggage when buying the tickets. So nobody dispatch luggage and those who dis became frustrated because they payed. This unfortunately occurs on all companies."

Cons: "I could have been warned that you need to get a pass to go to Hanga Roa before you can board. I had checked because I had heard there was a fee but upon investigation, it was said that this requirement had been eliminated. Wrong!! You still need the pass but you don’t get charged a fee. The extra time required for this tedious meant we missed our chance to check bags and do incurred hundreds of dollars more to get on the same flight the next day. No Bueno!!! This should be highlighted up front!!"
Cons: "Crazy early. Boarding pass says gate closes by 1205 (for scheduled 1220 departure). We TOOK OFF (in air) before 1200. We got yelled at because we arrived only 1 hour early — should be 3 hours early for an “international flight”. Luggage very difficult, Must rush, etc. But everything turned out great. Scl is crazy airport — 20 minute wait for gate ramp when we got there (still 20 minutes early, instead of 40! On a 60-minute scheduled flight!). Huge long walk to immigration. Pretty long wait for bags. But it all worked out fine."

Especially when the airport takes away peoples liquids (see below). Ridiculous. Not necessarily with flight, more with Lima airport “security” - they took away ALL bottled liquids more than 3 oz. AT THE GATE. Even bottled water purchased 20 feet from the gate. And they couldn’t explain why. Just got a bunch of shrugs. Why take sealed water purchased at their own airport away before an international 8+ hour flight???"

Cons: "as far as a seat in coach goes, you're getting a pretty good deal. obviously flying 14 hours across the pacific is pretty rough and we would all like to fly first class, but as far as coach goes, I cant complain. only downside was that I had an exit seat, so tons of leg room, but couldn't use the entertainment while in taxi, takeoff and landing, where I could've squeezed another movie in, but its a safety thing and a fair trade for the extra room."

I ordered a grande frappuchino and the cashier said it was a grande. When I got it it was a venti and I got charged extra and the woman who gave it to me was very very rude and sounded bored. She had blue hair. There was a woman who worked there who should be fired you couldn't understand a word she said and got the orders wrong."

Only major irritant: we were in row 40 sitting directly below announcement speaker. Music during boarding was painfully loud even with ear plugs in. Default sound level for announcements over entertainment system was set much higher than level I set for my headphones, so you get "blasted" when an announcement came on.

Pros: "They left my luggage in Calgary. I still don't know what flight they're returning it on it has to go to SF and then Fresno. Make sure you have a tag number for your luggage!!!"
