Nothing, i lost the reservation because i was a few hours late because of connection issues, and either way the insurance that KAYAK sold me was not from alamo and i would have paid a HUGE amount of money as a guarantee when i would have need less 7 times less if the insurance was bought with them(the difference was 20$ kayak did not gave me options). So i don't know if i should blame Alamo or kayak.com but i'm never renting anything with you guys again.Hertz
