Bitte nicht immer Poulets mal Rindfleisch oder Schweinefleisch Danke! Ich bin schon 8 mal nach Kanada geflogen mit air Canada.
I think I was nickel and dime how can people travel without a suit case you have to pay for your suit case extra and also Pay extra for your seat I don't understand.
The cabin was uncomfortably warm the entire flight. Being scolded as a group, that we the passengers are delaying boarding because of our luggage is ridiculous. Stop charging people to check their luggage and the problem goes away.
What could been better : 1-we were stuck in Washington airport for one hour in the airplane, waiting to be taxied to a gate and I lost my granddaughter graduation ceremony:( 2-Airplane had 2 washrooms for all the economic passengers and one washroom for 6 passengers in first class and when I asked may I use the washroom in-front, the hostess answered very rudely to me no, even though I was seating in the second row behind the first class and paid $68 us, for my seat, and the lineup in economy class washrooms was until middle of the airplane.
The flight was delayed for over an hour and a half.
LAX-YYZ was a horribly old A321. Terrible experience for a premium market. YYZ-YHZ was a new A220 which was MUCH better. But still I find AC miles behind Delta.
The air inside the cabin was cold, and I asked the flight crew for a blanket for my 5-year-old daughter, and they said that we can't give it to you.
Flight delayed three and a half hours due to mechanical problems with the plane!
Air Canada is fine, right up until the point you have any sort of problem. In my case, they lost my luggage and communicated about it poorly. There’s no one working the baggage office, and the one employee I managed to find didn’t know how to operate their system. The tracking app they refer you to doesn’t work, and their customer service is impossible to reach.
The crew was nice and helpful. Seats were basic. For a 4 hour flight, they didn’t even offer snack. Just paid snack, which is lame.
