Cons: "This is my fourth time booking Emirates for my route through kayak. The route is longer but I choose it for on-board Internet for work emails. Generally, they have on-board WiFi Internet, however for my return route of 21 hours both flights had no wifi which was disappointing. This is unprofessional because if you are planning on having WiFi to respond to work emails and it is not available once you are already in the air there is nothing you could do but get stuck. Never does this happen with Lufthansa, Turkish, Etihad. Disappointing."

Cons: "There was no leg room at all in economy. My knees were in the seat of the person in front of me. Most of the food was terrible and I only ate the bread. The TV is on the back of the seat in front of you and is a touch screen. You have to touch pretty hard. So, every time the person behind me was scrolling, they had to hit my seat. I couldn't sleep the entire 16 hours more than 30 minutes. I asked for water to take some medicine and was told it was 30 minutes til food service and to wait. It was over 2 hours before they started food service."
Pros: "On our onward flight from Orlando to Dubai, the crew made sure the flight was always clean (specially the toilets - they really cleaned them up every 30 mins) Not so much on the same flight returning from Dubai to Orlando - toilets get wet and messy after about 5 hours and were never cleaned after."

Had to wait on plane while airbridge was brought to the plane so everyone could disembark - “they weren’t expecting the flight!!” Whole flight still waiting for luggage after 55 minutes of standing at carousel and only after 55 minutes an announcement to say handlers are tending to a departure and we have to wait another 10 minutes - a whole hour for luggage - take carry on only next time!!!! 4 flights collecting luggage from the one carousel!!"

The file reference we were given wasn't recognised by the Qantas website, the three phone numbers in Bangkok just gave a 'number disconnected' message and one was no answer. We had to cancel a planned event on day two and shop for clothes for a specific activity on day three. The only way to make contact with Qantas was via Instagram, Luggage did appear but so far no contact or apology from Qantas. We will not fly with Qantas again. Virgin Australia is our carrier of choice who outperform Qantas in every respect. This flight was gifted so we had no choice."

On a flight to Melbourne, we get miniature salty crackers and few passionfruit cookies. I know it's domestic flight, but on flight from Cairns we even had entertainment system with LCD! Quantas, are you holding some sort of grudge towards us Melbournians? ;)"

Plus they make you remove your blanket for take off and landing, which I've never had to do with other companies. It went from shivering to teeth chattering. I couldn't understand why they served us a hot meal when we got on the plane. Anyone boarding at 11:30 pm should have already eaten, at that point you just want to sleep, not wait another two hours for food to be served and the trays cleaned up."

When I checkin from Sydney to los angles, the Fiji manager said you have to pay for stroller. I said I came all the way from Los Angeles to Sydney like that and I even showed the tags too, Christopher said Sydney has different policy. I left the stroller to him and Saud to him keep it for your kids and came back home without baby stroller."

The security line inNewsrk was ridiculous. I spoke to a TSA agent who couldn’t have cared less if I missed my flight and a United representative who told me to “just try.” In the end, I had to ask other passengers if I could go ahead of them. While I made my flight with a few minutes to spare, the process could have been much easier and the United Rep could have done more. He could have just called the gate at the very least to let them know I was coming. Apathy is not an indication of good customer service."

Pros: "I had no problems the gate agent was very nice and I did get the basic economy which that only did I have to pay for my bags but I also got the last seat in the back in the corner which is OK I guess I’ll pay more attention to the fair I still probably saved a little money but I don’t know that I save that much I think that sometimes the boarding agent needs to pay attention to the carry-on luggage for sure bring a lot carry-on luggage which doesn’t allow for others to have carry-on luggage who were in the later groups and then they get penalized with their bags being checked as there’s no more room and they’re not basic economy but other than that I like taking United they have nonstop service between Orlando in Houston and it’s been a wonderful experience most of the time and I think the airlines do a pretty good job considering the traveling public themselves to be very challenging at times professionalism and courtesy works both ways and unfortunately people buy tickets and think that it’s a one-way street. they then run to the media who loves to make it about the big guy versus the little guy anyway good job united and I will continue to fly you when you’re the most appropriate carrier to get me to where I want to be."

No warnings from the pilot when we were going through bad weather - just a surprise "HANG ON" as the plane would shake in a frenzy. The chairs were also incredibly uncomfortable and very hard to relax on. I couldnt even sleep well, and it was an overnight trip. Seriously felt so disrespected by the crew and the company, and this experience was the same with all 4 flights I took (to portland and back). I will never again choose United."

Most of their planes did not have screens in the back of the seats. Instead they wanted you to watch on your personal device via their app which worked sub par. The baggage on the return flight was delayed and I almost missed my next flight even though I had a 2 hour 40 min layover. Thankfully that flight was delayed 1 hour and a half. Next time I will stick with airlines I know better. Delta, Emirates, and Qatar all offer superior service and upscale aircraft. The 2k spent was not worth what I received."

There weren't even options for me to pay the outrageous pick a seat option when I was doing my preflight check in 24 hours in advance."

No snacks offered, and the stuard forgot my drink, but other staff was prompt when I asked for it later."
