Pros: Me dieron un auto con una goma en muy mal estado.volvi al lugar y me cambiaron el auto por una camioneta por el mismo precio...me faltó información de donde dejar la camioneta en el aeropuerto de Miami.. me mandaron a cualquier lado..y ahora que estoy en mi país y recibo el importe me doy cuenta que tengo $50 dólares más de lo que me dijeron de entrada.. de donde salió ese importe?? Como reclamo..infórmense bien antes de contratar un auto

Fantastic price, wonderful service
Pros: The customer service agents at Enterprise in Kissimmee are just wonderful. The system was quick, easy, very affordable compared to others. I had called one rental place directly and the price was more than twice the price I got, and the person was rude. Yunia is the woman at Enterprise and she has to be one of the best customer service agents around. She is friendly, professional, and has complete knowledge of her job. The process was perfect.

Pros: I had to change my pick up and drop off locations twice, enterprise was flexible and accommodating. They didn't have an economy car at the new location, so they gave me a free upgrade! The customer service is consistently unbeatable. Only Enterprise!
Pros: Location was convenient and they gave us a ride back to condo rental.
Cons: They did not have replacement key so we had to replace original rental. The windows were dirty. Tile tire light came on twice, we ultimately had to add air to all tires.

Pros: Super nice employee and quick pick up. I even messed up my pickup date when I registered online, so when I showed up they weren't expecting me. The fixed my mistake and made it work, I was in and out in about 10 mins.
Pros: The car was fine, newish, and drive well. Drop off was cake...very quick.
Cons: I wanted to pick up the car a bit early, but they didn't have any "economy". So, they said that they only had suv for a different rate. One question: how does a car rental place without any cars make you feel? Answer: less than confident.

Pros: The car he gave us was pretty new and nice. The guy who works there was nice.
Cons: We were glad that we came right on time since it was the last car they had. The guy behind us in line had a reservation and was told to go to a different location since they were out of rental cars. The place is hard to find and very small. The guy who was there was nice but he pretty much did everything, from taking care of customers coming in, and picking up the cars. At some point, a bunch of customers were at were confused because he just left the office and no one was thre.
Cons: When showed up, they advised me that they only had a small car, after talking for a bit I was able to get a small SUV (patriot), I had reserve a Tahoe. It was annoying but ended up fitting our luggage and saved me like 100$ so I'm the end it wasn't bad. But when I reserve a vehicle I expect it to be there when I arrive, after I get a confirmation. If they didn't have it kayak never should have reserved it and I would have booked elsewhere.

Cons: Service and despite checking 3 times ahead of time about debit card use we weren't told we would have a credit check - credit was fine but I prepared not to check it as it can affect the. Scores . Sign on the wall doesn't help much when your. Standing there w luggage for 4 . Not polite either location .
