There was no food available for this red eye... one little waffle cookie for a 6+ hour flight... thank God I was able to sleep some

Ridiculous boarding. Enter the gate, walk down a staircase with bags, exit a building, get on a crowded bus, dropped off a few meters away from the aircraft, walk with bags to another set of stairs to board the aircraft. And all that during a pouring down rain, and with children. Ridiculous!!!

We were given vouchers we couldn’t use with a 5.5 hour delay

Flight was actually on Air Canada. The flight itself was fine. Nothing special. Food was pretty pathetic except for cookies. They offered plenty of food and drinks but just wasn't very good. Even for airline food.

Gate agent did not hold flight for connection, provided no assistance to get new flight

United airlines, mediocre at best. No issues , nothing great . Worked for me

The design of the light switch on the arm rest is ridiculous.

Better seating for sure. The seats were so close together for such long flights.

My suitcase was completed destroyed. The top part is broken and unusable now.
