The flight was canceled. Got rebooked to Chicago and when we arrived our luggage where to there. They were going to our original destination the day after. They would not deliver them to our house. We had to go pick them up.

The crews are great.. Easy boarding. Inflight entertainment ok. Food is a disappointment.

Flight from CLT to DUS via MUC ticketed by United Airlines and operated by Lufthansa. 2nd leg of flight from MUC to DUS was cancelled and no notification provided. At check in , Lufthansa agents at airport were unable to locate record and wanted us to contact United Airlines directly.

This flight was a code share on Air New Zealand.

My experience is based on one crew member. I had found my seat and sat down but there was a gentleman to claimed to the flight attendant I was in his seat. She then came to me and curtly said, "I need your ticket!" No hi, no excuse me may I see your boarding pass? NOTHING! I was taken aback by her attitude and she repeated herself, "your ticket?!?!" I calmly responded with ok, here you go. Only to discover the gentleman was looking at the wrong boarding pass. She gave me back my ticket with no apology. She then was curt with another man who was putting his coat in the overhead bin, already helped by another flight attendant who said it was fine. She realizes it's ok and then asks him if he drinks. The look on the man's face was priceless. She said she was going to comp him drinks. He gets offered a comp drink for a coat as well as an apology, and I got no apology.

You have got to come up with a better way of getting connecting flight people off the plane first. Flying doesn’t bring out the best in people but exiting off a plane rules needs to come from management, not from the expectation that passengers will be “kind” and let them off first. Perhaps exiting in zones? Like boarding? Zone 1 exits are connecting people. This frustration led to many people missing their flights or scrambling. We were delayed leaving the first leg which amplified this.

It was ok until we got to DC and I wanted to use my United Club pass and the snobbish receptionist said that they don’t take one pass. It took me everything itch of patience not to tell her off

Boarding was quick and efficient. My screen didn’t come on and everyone else had theirs working so a little bummer but it was a short flight!
