The table has little stability and the space that one acquires to stretch the legs is dangerously occupied by food carts that pass very close. The seats are tight. And the great kindness of the crew succumbs to the bad Argentine behavior of occupying the empty seats. On the flight back to Bs.As. many overweight people were overcrowded by the bad luck they had when buying their tickets, however, thin people, who did not pay for better places, were located in an empty seat where, usually, they go familiar with babies and traveled peacefully in a place that did NOT correspond. We all understand that the spaces are small but they should take better care of the passengers and, by common sense, if there are free seats, offer them to those who for physical reasons and their full rows are uncomfortable throughout the trip which, in itself, is very long . I suggest that you put options of Latin Spanish doblabas movies on the flights you make from Buenos Aires to Auckland. FLY NZ30 on February 28 th"

Flight seemed to have run out meals since a random third person in my row requested an extra meal and was told they were out. We arrived from Syndney the night before and wanted to make sure we were set for the early morning flight so went to an Air NZ information desk to get boarding pass. The agent printed out an e-ticket and said we were good to go. We arrived an hour and a half early to the gate, with our carry on bags as we have done all over the world. We heard an announcement about bags needing to be checked and assumed ours would be gate checked if needed (as anywhere else in the world). The gate agent didn't arrive til 20 minutes before the flight and told us we DIDN'T have a boarding pass and needed to return to the ticket agent and check our bags. By the time we ran back to the ticket agent we were told it was too late to check our bags. We had to pay $100 more a piece to fly LATER through Christ Church. We were on our way to meet our kids for vacation and ended up losing a day and $200 additional dollars because we were given inaccurate information by the Air New Zealand info desk."

Lost luggage Sydney airport is horrible but the flight was great

We sat on the tarmac for over one hour, in Sydney, putting us late into Dallas. Because of that I barely made my connecting flight, and my luggage did NOT make my connecting flight. Meaning I had to stay at La Guardia till 1:00am in the morning, to wait for my luggage that came on a later flight.

I was late because customs took long and the flight from Taipei was 30 minutes late. So it's not like I was wasting time. I did not appreciate that the blame was placed on me in the way the counter people communicated with me. I noticed that the counter woman, and the supervisor did not speak to me at all. Not even to say "let me find out" or "sorry for the inconvenience" but both did speak to other customers that were of Asian Descent. They communicated both in English and Chinese. The young woman that booked the flight for me (different one from counter woman) was decent and attentive. Sherry who was the third woman I dealt with when I needed to sort the baggage issue was very attentive even explaining to the supervisor why It was the second time I was back at their offices. She went out of her way to make sure I saw my bags delivered to the UA luggage. But again, I am very disappointed and can't help to notice that other passengers received basic cordial treatment when I was blatantly ignored."

Staff was not the friendliest - asked for water twice, was told just a moment but was never brought any. How do you not give people water on flight over 3 hours? I would have even paid for it. I have a history of heart failure and was worried because my ankles were swelling and my legs were tingling. We missed our bus because of the delay, The airline staff in taiwan took all of our travel info and said they would help us book other transport to get where we were going in Cambodia. When we got to Cambodia the check-in desk was closed so info told us to go to the china airlines office - we waited almost an hour and still no one showed up (middle of the afternoon). Had to pay 6x the price to get to Sihanoukville plus we weren't able to get a refund on the bus tickets. Crying, screaming kids in front of us kept standing up on the seats so no one behind them could see the TV - staff said nothing. Terrible experience."

And, all this after paying $1500 per person for our economy seats. I can fly LAX to Bali for 1/3 the price."

We were an hour late taking off. Food was not very good and I'm not a picky eater. Rolls were hard as a rock and The eggs were uneatable. The lady in front of me reclined her seat all the way back and slept the whole flight so I was uncomfortable the whole way home and couldn't sleep. Her seat was resting on my knees. Very hard to eat off a tilted tray table. Seats very close together so hard to get to the remote."

Cons: "In comparison to the flight we took from LAX to PPT, this plane was ancient, and the technology was really lackluster. The tv screens were super old and the quality was very bad. My screen was completely fuzzy and striated.. The movies froze continuously, and you didn't have control over when you could play something. The magazine guide to what was playing didn't match what was playing. You needed to use the airplane headphones with a double jack because the plane was so old, and the headphones were super uncomfortable to wear in comparison to my own personal headphones. I ended up using my own headphones, but that meant that I only had sound in one ear. There was no USB port to charge your phone. It was just very disappointing considering the airplane going to my destination was more state of the art and comfortable, and I was expecting the same going back. For an 8 hour red eye, I was counting on being able to watch good movies. I tried to watch three different movies and couldn't watch any of them through completion because they froze midway through at some point and never restarted. Most of the movies were in French too even though our destination was LAX. Super disappointing. Especially considering how expensive the flight was. Also on the flight to PPT, they even gave you a Tempur-pedic pillow for your back which was so helpful in terms of overnight comfort. There was nothing like that on this flight. Also there were no temperature controls and I had cold air blowing on me the whole flight that I could do nothing about. Lastly the food schedule was strange in that for a midnight flight, they kept you up for another 1-1.5 hours to do a light dinner service. The food is appreciated but I think going to sleep right away is way more important. Seats are super tight also. Thank you."

The canceled the flight without notifying me in any way. Even the day before the flight I got an email notifying me of the still old (and no longer accurate) flight itinerary. When I arrived in Auckland to find out I no longer had a flight out of there, I felt stranded. I was told normally they would offer standby for the next flight (which would’ve been fine!) but they didn’t have any to Dunedin that day. I had to buy another $325 flight though another airline day of that they did not cover. Would not recommend. .
