Cons: "One stewardess said I could fill in an empty bulkhead seat (Row 50) after we were airborne and the seat belt sign was off. So I moved, to be removed by Sarah (stewardess) and put back in Tow 75. Then she put two of her friends in Row 50. When I walked up later to get my bag, there was still an empty Row 50 seat, but her friiends’ purses were in the seat, and they reluctantly removed the items when I insisted to sit there. Sarah should have left me in Row 50 and not made me move back to 75."

Pros: "Relatively smooth flight. Good snacks at back of plane. Plenty of bathrooms. Crew were courteous and helpful."
Cons: "Headphone jack and USB charging jack didn't work. So wasn't able to watch any movies. Arm rest was broken. When the seat in front reclines it gets very tight forcing you to recline and do it to the person behind you. Needs refurbishing. The seats are in poor shape and are pretty tight."
Pros: "Economy cabin red-eye service Perth to Sydney included sandwich and drink soon after departure, quiet cabin with ample at-seat entertainment for those electing not to sleep on the way, and cold bottle of water immediately upon decent in the morning. Being from the US, the cabin and service level far exceeds domestic service offerings from the large US carriers. Value quickly exceeds that of low-cost carriers, especially as a checked bag is included."

Cons: "Lack of space made it impossible to sleep. Aisle was dangerously dark. Would not surprise me if people experience falls. I know there is a trade off between sleep-friendly darkness and safety for those walking in the cabin. I think you err too much on the side of darkness"

Head phone jack is inside the seat arm rest which made it awkward when adjusting. No standard head phone jack but a converter is provided."

Pros: "Despite very difficult and stressing transfer process and delay of connecting flight for 1 hour, we arrived on time to JFK. The crew was very nice. The food was good."
Cons: "The time for transfer was absolutely not sufficient, because there were long lines everywhere, no signs where to go next. Only at the end of a very long way there was a representative of Quantas to show us the way. We were very nervous because of uncertainty and came late to the gate. Then it turned out that there were many people behind us. The plane was waiting for them for about an hour. Finally, everybody came. It would be much more logical, if from the beginning the connecting flight to JFK was postponed to some more appropriate time."

Pros: "They made us sit in the plane for close to 4 hours without any food. I almost passed out as the plane was so warm (AC broken) and they didn't give us anything except a small cup of water. The delayed made me miss my connection which couldn't be rearranged."
