Terrible. My flight was delayed and they were closed when I arrived. According to the website they closed at 10 PM. My flight arrived after 11 PM. I attempted to call the office at 11:37 PM and no one answered. The pre-recorded message advised that a shuttle would arrive every 20-30 minutes so I continued to wait. A shuttle never arrived so I had to take alternate transportation to my hotel. I called the next day to attempt to pick up the car and they said the reservation was canceled due to me not picking it up within a few hours (which was impossible because they were closed). To make matters worse, they charged me for the full price for the rental and I did not receive a car.
They never came a picked me up from the airport, I arrived an hour before they closed. I am reporting them for credit card fraud.
Car stunk, windshield was dirty on the inside, service was slack at best, and now they are sending me messages about the car not being dropped off with someone elses phone number. DO NOT RECOMMEND EASIRENT
Was not given car. Required full auto liability and this was not disclosed during checkout. Never received refund Easirent is a scam
The low price is a trap, they will add them on when you check in. They were friendly when you enter the room, but have you wait there forever, while I was waiting, I saw people complaining about the adding on price, I saw people complaining why no car for them yet, I saw people had trouble returning the car, I had to google what is Easirent, all their reviews very poor, I decided to give up my money I've already paid (no refund 2 hours before checking in), before they rip off, they even had no people to help me while I was waiting there for 40 minutes.
I rent a lot of cars. Usually from National/Enterprise but occasionally others. Including smaller local companies. Decided to give this one a try. One and done. It took forever to get the rental in the first place. Longest wait I've ever experienced as the desk personnel attempted to sell two renters ahead of me a variety of options they didn't want or need. Tried with me too. Nearly two hours to finish and get a rental. Then it was an " upgrade " from a compact SUV that I reserved to a compact sedan. The windshield was filthy. The car was obviously a refurbished salvage vehicle. They attempted to prevent me from adding " photos taken " to the review of the car. This is a cheap lousy operation that borders on being described as fraud. Never again.
