Pros: "The entrainment was a really good selection, and when the systems were faulty, they rebooted then to make sure we had our entertainment back. Thank you! Also the food selection was very good. Having a salmon dinner was heavenly and healthy for me."

I requested vegetarian meals but was automatically served up dead animals as food so had to keep requesting vegetarian food everytime food was offered. Rather that checking in with an actual human I was directed to a slow and time consuming check in machine."

Cons: "I paid extra for a window seat NOT over a wing but given the flight switch was given a window seat with no view (over wing) and no recline (against a bulk head wall). So I paid extra for worse seat to the wrong destination!"

Full flight Poor maintenance of inflight entertainment system, sound jack ports loose and affects sound quality."

Pros: "Crew on the plane was a group of wonderful ladies. Always smiling & pleasant, even when they had to move people around. Great service with a smile."
Cons: "No info ahead of time about checking in. Once we got to the airport, I was told that I should have known better & checked in 24 hours prior. initially, the agent said that all seats are appropriated randomly. At the gate, I'm told different. I had to fight tooth & nail to get a seat next to my wife (who often gets airsick). It didn't feel good to have to argue & make a scene to accomplish this."

Pros: "All the good qualities are there. Check in was a breeze and very friendly handling our surfboard. However, the plane is old and needs a refurbishment, I can't believe how small the personal screens are! Whilst the crew were very friendly, always searching for a specific drink you request, but the food quality was average - I'm taking my own sandwich next time."

Cons: "On this flight the attendants were very un-organised to a point of almost tripping over themselves. meal delivery over an hour apart The standard of meals seems to have dropped by a star. Not wanting to post a gloomy picture as the staff area nearly always friendly and great. These guys were also. Perhaps they were tired."
Pros: "Qantus flights were great, really appretiated the extra care they took in ensuring we made our connecting flights after delays and then compensated us for American Airlines stuff up with our luggage."
