Cons: "unable to get assigned seat ahead of time. the only seat available was in the middle, getting uncomfortable to getting in and out. Economy on upper deck has only one bathroom that I leave the imagination up to you."

Cons: "Staff that maned the gate clearly a novice or untrained. His coworker seemingly not bothered if the job was done correctly or not. Resulting in multiple bags being lost. And not just mine, at least 4 people had baggage lost due to lack of care and attention Absolutely dier."

Cons: "Delayed by an hour. Gate change to a gate too small to accommodate people. Food was pretty ordinary. Seats very cramped."
Cons: "Qantas is the source of unlimited frustration for us. We could not check in online, and it wasn't even possible to choose a seat before you got to the airport unless you wanted to pay a premium for it. To make matters worse, there is no transparency in the process; we had no idea what seats they were assigning us, or even whether the three of us would be able to sit together. And when we showed up at the airport, the last leg of my flight had been deleted from my itinerary (but not that of my family members). And guess what? They couldn't do anything about it until I was ready to get on that last flight! The crew were great, but all the behind-the-scenes aspects of Qantas were absolutely horrible. Two days later I'm still reeling from the experience. What a terrible way to treat customers."

Cons: "The man in front kept jamming his chair into my knees just so he could get back as far as he could, despite the only thing stopping this was my actual legs, when I tried to explain that he got a little abusive. Iv got got some light bruising on my right knee. Food was better then expected and am happy to fly Qantas again"

Cons: "Every other flight I had on my holiday I was give an exit row or extra seating as I am 6ft5in. Not with Qantas. I even lined up 5 hours prior to flight. Nothing special about this flight unfortunately."

Pros: "Economy cabin red-eye service Perth to Sydney included sandwich and drink soon after departure, quiet cabin with ample at-seat entertainment for those electing not to sleep on the way, and cold bottle of water immediately upon decent in the morning. Being from the US, the cabin and service level far exceeds domestic service offerings from the large US carriers. Value quickly exceeds that of low-cost carriers, especially as a checked bag is included."

No fruit or yogurt ... nothing else. awful Couple of times crew were rude to other passengers (not myself) but generally were not as happy, helpful as previous Qantas flights Smaller plane with less seatroom than my Emirates flight in the other direction"
