Cons:The shuttle service from the airport was very slow. Once the van was there, the driver did not help with the luggage. The wait to get our car was very long. Once we had our car, we were told they didn’t know where it is and just to push the panic button to locate it and finally, the documentation we had received was for the wrong car and we had to find someone to figure out why there were scratches on the car that were not documented. Pros:Nothing. We arrived at 10:40 PM only to find out that they closed at 8:00 PM - something that we had not been told ahead of time. AND, WE PREPAID! What a ripoff! I doubt that I will ever use Kayak or SixT again. Had it not been for another helpful rental car company, we would have been stranded and missed the event that we flew in for.Reviewed 6 Jun 2021

Pros:We were able to get reimbursed in fullCons:Kayak allowed us to select a pickup time that was after the site had closed. We ended up stranded and had to quickly make other arrangements which was very costly due to it being a last minute booking. I've used Kayak very frequently and I likely won't use it again after this issue. Really disappointing for us during our Wedding weekend.Reviewed 17 May 2021

Pros:The car was not available upon the time of the prearranged pick up. I was struck having to go to another rental agency, and the vendor is very reluctant to give a refund for the wasted money as they provided no service. Absolutely worthless.Cons:Actually getting what I paid for, or at the very least a full refund.Reviewed 3 May 2021

Pros:NothingCons:No Sixt shuttle showed up at the Philadelphia airport for over 40 min. Called the phone numbers in the email and no answers. Eventually paid Uber to take me to the Sixt office near the Philadelphia airport and it was closed and nobody there. Had to pay Uber again to take me to the hotel I stayed at. Stay away from Sixt. Pros:Drop off was easy, but I still have not received the final bill.Cons:Pickup was a disaster, in spite of general manager's involvement. I ordered a Chrysler 300 (or similar). They didn't have one, and said they would "upgrade" me to a Subaru Forester. I told them I didn't want an SUV. They offered me a sedan for $33 more per day. I refused. They finally gave me no other option other than the Subaru, then I waited 40 minutes to get the car. They claimed they were cleaning it. When I got it, they had simply sprayed the inside and squirted the outside with water. The windshield was filthy, and had bug marks all over it. I had to stop at a gas station to clean the windshield. The GM was extremely stubborn, unhelpful, and unapologetic.Reviewed 13 Apr 2021
