HORRIBLE. . I landed in Philadelphia only to find they had closed at 11pm, and I was stranded. . My flight was set to get in at 10:30 and was a little late. I had 1) pre-paid for the car and 2) Checked in earlier that day (via an email from thrifty to speed up the time to get my car.) I had no other option other than to get a hotel room (got to bed at 1pm) and return the next morning. When I arrived at thrifty and told them what had happened there was NO apology. The response was that it is listed on their web site and I should have known, The woman then asked if I had booked through a third party and explained that they do not always post that information. Quite a lame excuse. These days, most people book through a third party and it is up to Thrifty to be sure any third party they use has all their information. I will never use them again. It was bad enough that I was stranded, but the lack of any remorse, apology and customer care was very unprofessional.Reviewed 3 Mar 2024
