Pros: I was able to get checked in and out very quickly.
Cons: The service rep seemed to be agitated and irritated. It was apparent he was in a bad mood and the energy carried over into my experience. I noticed there was a small crack on the right of the car the following morning. I would have preferred there to be a check out area where the customer can review the car prior to taking off the lot. I dropped the ball because I neglected to do my due diligence prior to leaving the lot, but if there was a dedicated area where this can be done that could save time and money.
Pros: I had a great experience. My representative was attentive, detail-oriented, possessed a positive and friendly attitude. Carol made my experience at Thrifty/Dollarz an enjoyable one. I was in and out....just how like it and I would definitely use Thrifty/Dollar rental again.
Pros: The drop-off was easy.
Cons: The online price was not honored and the car was tiny.

Pros: Sharon mat the PHL location was very helpful.
Cons: at the PHL airport there is not a "Thrifty" sigh to notify returning customers where the return lot is. This almost caused me to miss a flight. You absolutely need a SIGH
Cons: Long line for pick up, no social distancing. Not enough staff to take care of customers and not enough cars.
It seemed very disorganized.
Some of the staff were not very friendly.
Shuttle service back to the airport upon return was even more of a disaster, the driver didn’t even attempt to help as I struggled with my bags. He kept forgetting the airline to drop me off.
The car had engine oil change light on from when I picked it up.
Was not impressed by any part of the service .

Cons: When I booked the car online I prepaid for the car rental. Then when I picked up the car I was charged an additional $85 for taxes and fees. This would have been nice to know when I was making the reservation.

Cons: Customer service representatives at both pick up and delivery were cold, unfriendly, and seemed to make a simple rental experience as difficult as possible. Having just completed a rental with ALAMO, where the service was impeccable (discounted one rental day for car being dirty) there was a dramatic difference in customer service.
Cons: The wife had to buy a bottle of Febreze and little air fresheners for the cars vent the car spelled horrible. The smell was old cigarette smell with covid-19 going on I felt the car should smell a lot cleaner it should have been wiped down disinfected and the smell of smoke should not have been there I hope you didn't break any covid-19 rules that would be a shame if someone got sick

Cons: Car must have been rented to someone with a dog before. Was full of dog hair, and smelled. Our airline cancelled our direct flight out of Newark. They rebooked us on a direct out of JFK -- but Thrifty said they wouldn't waive the change fee for the drop off charge. So much for "we're all in this together" from COVID...
