The shuttle didn’t show for pickup. Waited a half hour (another lady waited an hour), ended up taking an Avis/Budget shuttle and walking from there. The dollar shuttle was sitting by the door with the engine running, but didn’t move while I was there. I was one of two customers and the staff was annoyed to have to put their phones down to help me. They told me to take the car in spot 29, it was the wrong car, the agent at the exit said they had been doing it all day. I will not be using Dollar at PHL ever again.Reviewed 4 Oct 2022

PHL Airport location has no phone number and didn’t have a vehicle ready for me. The one I got was overdue for an oil change and had tread separation on a recently replaced tire. The vehicle wobbled & shook terribly during the 90 minute drive in the middle if the night to our residence. The roadside assistance rep gave 2 options; 1) pay to have the spare put on and drive back to the PHL location to swap vehicles but since they don’t have a phone there is no guarantee a vehicle is available. 2) pay for a new tire and bring the receipt to PHL for a refund. They wouldn’t email a confirmation on this though so I was suspicious. Sure enough, the manager acted like it was an unheard of solution and said the tire was my responsibility. Never again will I rent from Dollar.Reviewed 7 Aug 2022

They were out of cars when I arrived. Only one staff member, David, was helpful. The rest didn’t seem to care and told me to come back in the morning. They couldn’t get a car for me from Hertz because the gate closed right after we arrived in the shuttle.Reviewed 23 May 2022

There was about 15 people in line to pick up and it took an hour and 20 minutes to get through the line with four people working. Also there was a guy working in the Members Only area that never bothered to take a single person to help. Then they try to put me in a Toyota and Call it a luxury car off. But I paid another upgrade to get an Infiniti with almost 50,000 miles. Finally I asked for a Toyota tundra truck that looked slightly newer and that was fine. The guy told me when I ask by the way it was so long in the cars were so rough, that’s what you get when you go to dollar or thrifty. By the way it wasn’t cheaper it just “looked”like they had the car I wanted Totally disappointed PS it takes approx 20 min for the van to arrive and pick you up. Saw the hertz and others 3 times in the same wait timeReviewed 9 May 2022
