Yes staff was great. Drop off OK, although when the fourth floor drop off is closed and you have t o go around the airport again to get to the third floor drop off, they should put a sign advising you of this BEFORE you go up to the 4th floor! Otherwise, a piece of cake.Cons:
Post a sign at FLL advising NOT to go to the 4th floor when that location is closed, necessitating another loop around the airport.6.0 Okay
