When picking up the rental we wanted to use a specific credit card, we had issues using that card, we were told we could use it when dropping off vehicle and we couldn't use credit card, when receiving rental no walk thru was done, when checking before our trip the vehicle had an odor and found out was dog urine in the rear of the vehicle. Only received $100 discount for the inconvenience over the phone. The front desk was rude and did we did not receive the customer service that we deserve while explaining the situation.

Thank you for having a van, for being open later than other rental car places, for being open later on Sunday, for being efficient with check in. We are so appreciative that we were able to drive safely home when our flight out of Philly was cancelled.

They didn’t check the vehicle and it had multiple damages. The windshield wipers were bad. The individual was not friendly at all in Trenton. The tires were not to the proper psi pressure. To make things worse the tire pressure sensors are not correct. The vehicle showed the driver side front tire was low. It was actually the driver side rear tire. Drop off was simple, but I haven’t received my receipt. I have photos of the vehicle from Trenton in case they try to blame me for any damages.

The Trenton location originally put us in a very smelly smoky car we had to complain to get a new car which they gladly gave us. However they did then rent the car immediately to another family.

vehicle smelled like blunts, not sure if the workers smoke in there or if nobody checked it after whoever used it last.

On pickup the service clerk spent 20 minutes talking to another customer in Russian helping them buy a car dealer and talking shop while I waited in line. He assumed I wouldn't know what's going on, little did he know I speak perfect Russian. With all that going on the computer showed the vehicle with a full tank, when I was at empty. We had to work it all out upon return on the vehicle in a different state. I did forget my EZ pass in the car and once I realized what happened I contacted Budget to request tag to be returned. Both the drop off site and customer service claim they don't have the tag, yet I see Florida toll charges on it. Obviously forgetting the tag in the car is my fault, but how anyone claim the car is disinfected and cleaned if the tag attached to the window is missed?????

I never ordered a car for pickup in Trenton. I ordered one for pickup in Philly. I canceled this order by phone and placed a new order directly through Budget's website for pickup in Philly. Somehow this reservation in Trenton wasn't actually canceled because someone then called that morning asking where I was to pickup the car.

Great experienceFriendly staff, helpful, quick service.Bathroom was a bit dirty and the location is tough to find, not well lit, and could use more signage.

Charged me for gas, after I had just filled tank!!!Car was clean, ready and on time for pickup.Attendent handed me a folded print out receipt with a $25 and change charge for fuel, plus a $5 service fee, after I had just filled up a few miles away from drop off. Didn't notice until we wefe in JFK terminal.
