Pros: From when we checked in to when we left two days later, our experience at the Four Seasons in Mexico City was a very pleasant one. The staff is professional and speaks very good English. The restaurant served very good food in a nice space (indoor and outdoor). We are looking forward to going back!

Pros: I found the value for this hotel to be amazing. There were several restaurants to choose from in the lobby plus the bar stayed open past 2am. I thought the segregated spa was a bit odd, but my wife and I were able to get an excellent 90-minute couples massage. The hotel is close to the main park where there are plenty of attractions. The staff was always able to accommodate me and they were super friendly. Even though I speak Spanish, I didn't need to as the staff was very fluent in English. I would stay here again.
Cons: I didn't like that the spa was segregated. I would like to have spent some time in the Jacuzzi with my wife, but that is not the case with the spa facility.

Pros: Very friendly and helpful staff. Excellent restaurant buffet options. Great location. Really nice outdoor patio seating. 24 hour gym.
Cons: Room door to hallway had a noticeable gap under it. I could hear people in the hallway rather clearly, so I imagine they could also hear me. I was gone most of the day, and in the room alone on business so it didn't bother much. I imagine I would have felt very differently given other circumstances. Also, I'm not sure AC temp was just for show. The first night at 76*F felt almost the same as second night at 65*F

Pros: The hotel is excellent, the staff are super courteous and attentive. Nice fitness center, lobby bar, and great club lounge. Easy access to Starbucks for your morning latte. There is also a currency exchange onsite, as well as an ATM and business center. Good location, too.
Cons: The one thing missing, that is usually available in large hotels, is the basic gift shop. You know, the small shop that sells bandaids, candy bars, batteries, souvenirs, sodas, postcards. That would be a nice convenience to add.

Cons: The prices in the Polanco area including the hotel is over priced! Once ate 3 tacos for 250 mex pesos!!!!! If you don't have patience, just don't go, because traffic is not even describable! Take into account minimum 1hour and a half in case to go places from the hotel! For F1 weekend take 3 hours for traffic!!!!

Pros: Everything is very nice, I return here several times a year and always enjoy it. Love the soft cotton sheets and bed is just perfect.

Pros: A sense of pride and overall competence of an establish from decades past. A wonderful experience and stay while in Mexico City.

Pros: Learning about the history of this hotel was more informative than the tour I took at Teutihuacan. The breakfast in the Veranda was excellent (authentic), and winding down in the Telephone Bar was perfect.
Cons: I had to ask the housekeeping repeatedly to replenish the coffee water and keep my windows locked, but they had a good attitude and kept the room clean and fresh.

Pros: Great location the metro is just around the block as well as a strip full of bars. Safe area would definitely recommend this to anyone traveling to the city and not wanting to take a taxi or the metro at night to go have some drinks. Food, metro, bars all within a block plus only about 3 or 4 blocks from the angel de independencia.
Cons: Wifi cuts on and off not a big deal most of the trip is not in the room.

Cons: We were moved rooms due to an air conditioning malfunction and I left a jacket in the old room. The next day I asked the front desk for the item but no one seemed to care. Pros: The new rooms really make a difference to the old ones. Very comfortable and finally a bathroom with shower that gives you enough space. Breakfast as usual is very good and offers a daily changing variety. The Hotel is currently under refurbishment. Floors 3-7 and the lobby are being renewed.

Pros: The facilities at the hotel were modern and spacious. Breakfast selection was extensive. Hotel room was clean and beautifully decorated. Pool, bar and restaurant felt intimate at times.

Pros: Updated, chic decor. Comfy bed. Good location. Staff is friendly.
Cons: General upkeep and maintenance. Room walls and door are thin - had to switch rooms because there was a kid running and crying outside in the early AM. Second room, the toilet bowl was leaking. Third room, which was an upgrade, the balcony door didn't lock and could easily be accessed by the adjoining room that shared the balcony if they wanted to risk maneuvering over the balcony separator.

Pros: The hotel is in a wonderful location, how can the owners do not invest in into a modern hotel. Although it floor by floor. I expected anytime Mauricio Garcés appeared in the elevator.
Cons: If I'll travelling around Muslims countries, dictatorial systems countries or communists countries I could understand but in Mexico??? In Mexico City??? This hotel is restricted, censored, banned from many internet pages. I tried to buy underwear online because I had no time to go to a store and I was unable to access such pages. What ??? It is perhaps this hotel owned by the Vatican? Also, I was in the 16th floor and the smell of a burn oil from kitchens is amazing. Pros: OMG, the location is great, and the STAFF is what's set's them apart. The doormen are over-the-top great, the ladies behind the desk are so friendly. Only wish I had taken a look at the pool and gym!
Cons: The ONLY problem is that we had a great room on an upper level and it was almost at the intersection of an imaginary "T" with Calle Amberes. There are 2 bars on Calle Amberes that play music very, very, very loud until at least 2 am if not later and the room isn't soundproof. Normally i can sleep through anything, but this was really loud and my 'fix' was kleenex in the ears. Next time, I'm asking to stay on the 'other' side of the building.
