Cons (-) My family and I were trapped in the elevator at floor 20 and it was shaking. Emergency button did not work. I has to call the front desk from my cell phone. The maintenance personal was very helpful but no one aproched is to apologize. I requested to speak to the manager and just stated that he was aware and offered a free brakefast to compensate the incident. I asked him to make sure they work on...

Pros (+) Excellent location, right in the middle of Reforma, very good places nearby.
Cons (-) Not very well maintained, the showerhead was not working well, and the safety deposit box was out of batteries.
