Location was oustanding! Near restaurants and easy access to best attractions in the city.
The room structure was strange! It was a rounded room and make it smaller as it is. Lobby was small also and make me feel that it was an old hotel, like 60s or something like that.
I love this hotel. We found it by chance maybe 5 years ago, and now it is my choice of accommodation when in Mexico City. The staff have been lovely to me, from the doormen, to reception, to the housekeepers. It has always been their kindness that made it, that's why I stay there each time. The location suits me very much. Century isn't 5 star, but it doesn't pretend to be. For me, it's great value for money, and my "home" when I'm in Mexico City. (One time I stayed there for a month!) And one last thing......the bathtubs with shower are so cool....:) I won't say more, check it out for yourselves!!
The street can be a bit noisy during the day, but that's part of being in a big city. Requesting higher room will make it quieter. For me, I just ask for a lower floor as I don't like heights
A good and comfortable hotel in the middle of the Zona Rosa. Good services. Lots of shops and restaurants nearby. A metro station (Insurgentes) very close by. One can also reach many places from here by walking. A very good choice in price-quality ratio, as it was just a little more expensive than some of the hostels around the Zócalo, yet far more quality.
Everything was fine.
A very decent hotel in Zona Rosa; good location with a lot around (restaurants, shops). Good, comfortable rooms. Good restaurant. Staff was friendly and flexible.
OMG, the location is great, and the STAFF is what's set's them apart. The doormen are over-the-top great, the ladies behind the desk are so friendly. Only wish I had taken a look at the pool and gym!
The ONLY problem is that we had a great room on an upper level and it was almost at the intersection of an imaginary "T" with Calle Amberes. There are 2 bars on Calle Amberes that play music very, very, very loud until at least 2 am if not later and the room isn't soundproof. Normally i can sleep through anything, but this was really loud and my 'fix' was kleenex in the ears. Next time, I'm asking to stay on the 'other' side of the building.
