Great bed, amazing view over the whole city and a very big room for the price simply sensational

Excellent rooms. Never stayed in such spacious room. Staff couldn’t be more attentive. Food in the restaurant was good. The taco stand in the corner across is excellent: I recommend it as well. They make your bed every day and change towels as well. They don’t here in the USA. Highly recommend this place

Location is good, the room was very spacious, clean and comfortable, I expected something more simple for the price, it's truly good.

Two things were worrisome: 1. at check-in the receptionist asked for the pin of my credit card, because there is a totally closed window and you can't put your hands in to reach the machine to pay; they don't come out and you can't go in. So we payed in cash, because there was no way to pay with credit card without giving my pin. This is more than weird! 2. the floor of the room was inclined, covered by carpet, but you can still feel it. I guess it was affected by the big earthquake. I wouldn't like to be there during the next one, it's dangerous.
