Pros: Great location.

Cons: I had to repeatedly call maintenance as the lights in my room had a mind of their own and they would not turn off. All of the machines (treadmill, etc) in the gym did not work.

Pros: Big and very nice room

Cons: This hotel is a perfect example of how to spoil a good idea. At the hotel, no one will meet you at the entrance, except for a stern guard. Keep in mind That you will have to pay for the hotel in local currency at the hotel rate, which is 4-5 percent higher than the normal rate. On the first night, if you stay on 4-5 floors you will not be allowed to sleep from the noise that comes from the bar on the 5th floor. If by midnight , only at your request, disperse people, then you will still Wake up the noise of plates and forks at 6: 00, because Breakfast also begins on the fifth floor in the open space next to the living rooms. Exploring your room You will make a discovery - your doors have huge slits and do not close Your room completely. This design decision is just the biggest idiocy I've seen in 5 star hotels in my entire life. The stupidest thing is that on the ground floor there is an isolated restaurant where everyone could have Breakfast. But in the evening, You can understand that the restaurant on the first floor is better not to use - it does not work hood. If you ordered food there - then you'll enjoy, like all the first floors of the hotel, a disgusting stench and smell from the kitchen. It's just disgusting. Relatively restaurant-foolish semblance of gastronomic bistro. Not tasty and not interesting. The wine list is disgusting and not professional. Prices are high. Napkins from synthetics. Tea kettles without lids. Red wine is cold. Pink and white warm. The rooms have only women's Slippers and bathrobes of children's sizes. The hotel said-we are not designed for visitors of large size))) the hotel has a well-equipped and beautiful business center. But it doesn't work!!! Not even a light. This is the stupidest hotel management I've ever seen in my life! We need to fire all the staff except the cleaners and the security guard. The most incompetent people in the hotel - concierges!

Pros: Very comfortable and spacious room, super clean and great location.

Cons: I made reservations for a queen bed room, but got twin beds. Although I stayed in the hotel for 7 days, they did not relocate me to a queen bed room as they promissed.

Cons: I reserved and paid for a queen bed room, but the room I reserved was not available and I was downgraded with no reimbursement of the fare difference. It is second time this happened to me at this hotel. The hotel itself is nice and very well located, but the reservation services require a lot of improvement.

Pros: The quality of service is superb and the location is perfect. Close enough to attractions, shopping, dining, but just hidden enough to be peaceful in the middle of the city.

Pros: Room service was EXCELLENT and fast, it was a short 10min run to my favourite gym in San Cosme so working out everyday was easy!

Cons: Its a fantastic location and within walking distance of pretty much everything including MetroBus and Metro but the traffic noise is crazy on Reforma. However in a city of this size with so many cars - what can you do? Closing the drapes at night helped.

Cons: Dishonest staff, charged me multiple times to bring a friend in building. Gave no receipts. Charged again next time. Paid for 2 room occupancy on Expedia. Obviously security was pocketing the cash. Additionally, was promised a bottle of wine for being an Expedia Gold member via email. The hotel never made good on this offer. Highly reccomend you stay elsewhere.

Cons: Everything was going well until at 1 AM on Sunday 1/22 night they lost power to the rooms, and it wasn't restored until 3AM. Phones stopped working, there was no lights in room, it was scary. You do not expect this from a top end hotel.

Pros: - very spacious rooms; - interior of Mexican traditional style; - very good and safe location (just next to la Roma); - comfy sofas/ arm-chairs along with big beds

Cons: - breakfast was very plain (just omelette + toasts + coffee/ juice) - for such price you can find much better options in plenty of other cafes nearby; - noise from neighboring rooms (to check the sound isolation); - many crosses in hallways/ rooms that make you feeling a bit of anxious

Pros: I really liked the check-in process, I was exhausted from my trip and they offered for me to go take a nap then come pay. I went ahead and paid, but thought that was a nice gesture. Room was sparkling clean, pillows were amazing, friendly staff, restaurant below the hotel, and the area was super convenient. The room we got was huge, with chairs and desk. The also have an onsite taxi, which was awesome. Breakfast was cheap to include and it was delicious.

Cons: When our luggage was brought up to your rooms, we didnt have pesos yet, so we did not tip. Then the second day my mom requested toilet paper and it was never brought. She complained the next morning, and after that the staff was very cold, un-welcoming, and not as tentative as Day 1. So, make sure you tip!

Pros: We spent 4 nights at the Posada Viena. This hotel is in a great location, very close to the metro stations, bus terminals, the historic city centre, and also well-known by taxi drivers. Herrardo, at the front desk, was very patient and extremely helpful with answering our questions, booking tickets, explaining how to get around the city, and what to explore. We also got a complimentary room upgrade on the first day. On its ground floor, there is a lovely restaurant, which serves generous portions of delicious Argentinian cuisine. The breakfast at the hotel's cafeteria was humble, yet satisfying. The restaurant also has live music on weekends. Although the hotel is at an intersection, it was quite peaceful. There are lots of small and interesting food vendors and juice stalls nearby. The rooms we stayed in were quite spacious, and had large windows and beautiful artwork. The hotel staff was quite pleasant and helpful during our stay. Also, they gave us a great exchange rate for our USD. We would surely love to stay here again.

Cons: The rooms have few power outlets, but we managed to charge our devices since we had power banks with us. Although the rooms at this hotel only have ceiling fans, once we opened the window for a few minutes, it cooled down very nicely even on a hot afternoon. We didn't really miss air conditioning.

Pros: The staff were really nice, went above and beyond. There was a problem with the booking so they organised free breakfast. They were really helpful in explaining how to navigate my way around the city and where to go to eat. It was a cute little hotel. Would recommend :)

Pros: The hotel is beautiful. Straight out of an old school movie. It was clean and the facilities well kept.

Cons: The location was ok but it was more of a business location. There's still a lot around but it's not necessarily quaint / trendy. But this is a personal preference. Also room entry key / card stopped working multiple times. It was kind of annoying to have to go back to the lobby all the time to have it refreshed.

Cons: My room smelled like smoke. I asked for a change, they refused then sprayed the room with air freshener which made my sinuses clog and hard to breath. Only 2 of 4 elevators were working And for such a huge place it made things very slow... the facilities and amenities were from the 80s and obviously haven’t been updated since... all the China was chipped from room service and the bathroom vanity was falling apart. The carpet was also pretty suspicious. I think this hotel could used a facelift and repairs.

Pros: You are near the main interest points. Free parking and WI FI. Good restaurants. Scenic views. Nice Pool.

Cons: I didnt have towels in the morning, service for towels was slow, beds were very hard and it was cold we had to ask for heater, everything else was amazing.

Cons: My family and I were trapped in the elevator at floor 20 and it was shaking. Emergency button did not work. I has to call the front desk from my cell phone. The maintenance personal was very helpful but no one aproched is to apologize. I requested to speak to the manager and just stated that he was aware and offered a free brakefast to compensate the incident. I asked him to make sure they work on this security issue. Needless to say I am not coming back.

Pros: Nice, large hotel which is not most modern but offers very good accommodation in perfect, central location. Around the hotel several small, nice Cafés for breakfast can be found and several good restaurants at Revolucion place. Concierge service is helpful and service staff are nice.

Cons: Staff at reception are not very good in English and do not offer good tourist advice. Breakfast in hotel is excellent but not cheap

Pros: Friendly staff, clean rooms/ hotel, brilliant location. We were there for the 'Dia de los muertes' parade - which passed by right in front of the hotel. The swimming pool, jacuzzi and gym facilities (although not massive, they are sufficient) are on the top floor of the hotel which has amazing views across the city.

Cons: The rooms are a bit dated, and there isn't air-conditioning, which made the rooms a bit uncomfortable when it was hot outside. For tea drinkers (like my wife), the hotel does not provide tea in room, or a kettle. They have coffee machines though. I was travelling with elderly parents who enjoyed a dip in the jacuzzi, but it was quite difficult to get in and out of it because there were was no railing close by to hold on to/ provide support. This is not a massive issue - but think it would help others.

Pros: I am new to the Sevilla Palace. Great surprise in every way......location, staff, room, PRICE, restaurants. Good all the way around.

Cons: Pillows, although memory foam and new (previous pillows needed replacing) are too thick and firm. Also, you can hear the cleaning staff in the mornings from your room- not very sound proof- thankfully they supply ear plugs :)

Pros: Property was lovely and In a great location. Very stylish!!! But unfortunately they did not think of the little touch’s. No full length mirror, no hooks, no towels rail, no extra pillows or blankets. Bath robe for one but room for two. One glass in the bathroom. Staff had attitude and felt like I was bothering them if I asked a question. Also to use the lift you needed an attendant who was not always available.

Cons: Breakfast was a joke! We stopped eat in the hotel after or third attempt. I spoke to the manager and he was arrogant and dismissive. For this reason we will not return. Sadly this hotel is style over substance!!!

Pros: The location is great for getting around and was super close to Reforma street where we watched the parade for Day of the Dead. The continental breakfast is also pretty good, we went anywhere between 9 and 11 during our 5 days and the food was always warm and pretty fresh.

Cons: We arrive late (12:30AM) and wanting to just get to sleep, we did not take a good look at our room upon entering. The floor was lifting and the space was covered in dust and debris on the floor. The shower door was very difficult to open and close and to top it off the beds are like sleeping on the floor. We ended up switching rooms the morning of the second in hopes for a clean room. Unfortunately the next room was just as bad as the first but the shower door at least opened/closed properly. In this second room we needed to call maintenance because the TV was fuzzy and hanging to the wall with a single screw. They came and fixed the hanging issue but we ended up using our laptops for TV since the picture was so poor.

Pros: The staff was very kind, available for any issue and very fast in responding to any request I pose. They were very friendly and welcoming too.

Cons: One window did not close properly, but it was fine, since I did not mind a bit of fresh air. The rest was just fine.

Pros: The hotel room was clean, simple and spacious. Aside from that, the staff provided fresh towels and sheets during our stay.

Cons: The dresser, bathroom sink and a towel were worn. One of the lightbulbs in the bathroom was not working well either. The room could also use brighter lighting. Other than that, the cost outweighs the minute details.

Cons: The hotel is under construction and they only have several rooms available. The rooms that my family and I got were ok and the air conditioners were not working. So they had floor air conditioning with some fans. It did not work. Rooms were so hot and we were not able to sleep at all. We complained to the personnel and all they said was “sorry but we are under remodeling due to the last earthquake”. Well, they should not have any rooms available until they finish and get the ac units working. !! We had a terrible experience !! Don’t stay !!
