Cons: The room was a little dark (only one small window) - nothing to worry about. It would have been nice to be able to prepare some tea in the room and to provide the Nespresso capsules free of charge.

Cons: This location is convenient if you need to be in the Santa Fe business area itself, otherwise far from anything, roads to downtown (Polanco, etc) typically congested, takes on average 30 min. What I particularly didn't like were the works (hammering, boring) that were going on one night until 3 am. Staff argued it was not in the hotel but in the same building, yet it sounded very close on one of the floors above me (I was on floor 7). What also does not work yet is to 'prereserve' a taxi, because when I wanted to leave at the agreed departure time, nobody remembered, taxi still had to be ordered, and I was 'accused' of not yet having signed a document regarding the taxi billing on my room, whereas I had 45 min before. I remained relaxed about it, but this accusation was actually quite bad, this just shouldn't happen in a Hilton.

Cons: I hosted an event at the hotel for 80 participants. During the event, I hired drinks services. The drinks were not what we expected. We were told that they were going to setup a bar in the conference room, and that did not happend. Also, we told them to set up at 5pm, and they did not show up until 5:20. The majority of the guest left and we weren´t able to have the drinks reception.

Cons: The room was dark as half of the window was obscured by a stud wall. The bathroom did not have hooks for the hand towels and the hooks for the bath towels were on the opposite side of the bathroom to the shower.

I loved that it's located right by a Siclo (spin studio) and Commando (bootcamp). Lots of stores nearby- I forgot my computer power adapter and was able to pick one up for my mac within minutes.

Cons: The temperature in the room was a bit cold and it took time to get the room warmer, other than that great condition of the room.

Cons: I got a call from the hotel 2 days prior to my reservation, saying that the trip would have to be cancelled due to some issues with the water supply. This caused a lot of trouble for the group of friends we were travelling with. In the end, my reservation was ok, but my friends lost their own. The wifi was awful.

Cons: You can hear anything and everything from your room- you have to hope your neighbor doesn't sneeze or it'll wake you up. Food in the lobby's restaurant was terrible and I found a hair in my pizza. I didn't say anything because I had already eaten a lot of it and couldn't be bothered to raise the issue. Water pressure was terrible in my bathroom. When I wanted drinking water last night (beyond the two complementary bottles they did leave in my room each day), I called the front desk to ask if I could drink the water from the tap or if I needed to go get water from the lobby. They said they'd send up bottles of water. I waited around 20 minutes and then finally just went downstairs to get the water myself. I also needed toothpaste, which they don't have behind the desk. I recommend having simple things like this at the desk, rather than suggesting they can send things to the room. Sending to the room is a process and takes time. Hotels like this should just focus on getting things done rather than creating extra steps.

Pros: I love this hotel. There is a kitchenette with refrigerator, stove, coffee maker, even a washer/dryer for laundry in the room. The supermarket is around the corner within walking distance. Liverpool mall is just behind the hotel with a lot of restaurants. Our shuttle from the airport was excellent. Person was waiting for us when we went to the arrivals lobby. Our return shuttle was with the same excellent driver. We arrived to the airport with plenty of time. I have traveled to Santa Fe for work numerous times and Stadia is the best I have been to in the area.

Cons: I wish there was a restaurant inside the hotel, but there are many within walking distance. Urbanist is right outside. Unfortunately I didn’t get a chance to visit this time.

Pros: Location was good within the Santa Fe area. Many restaurants and a huge shopping mall within walking distance. Staff were always friendly, efficient and knowledgable. Room and property in general looked like it was recently renovated. Everything looked new and very clean. Sound proofing was good. Could not hear the traffic noise in the room. Much better than other hotels in the vicinity. Bed was very comfortable. If you like a firm mattress like me, then you will be happy.

Cons: The lady from the laundry’s service knocking at every door on our floor to see if anyone needed laundry service at 7:45 am. When I paid for our breakfast, the lady receiving my payment was at my table with the credit card terminal, and my card in her hand, an suddenly she went away taking my credit card without saying anything. Since I know they can clone it in a second, I didn’t like that, and I am sure she shouldn’t have done it. That’s why they take the terminal to your table.

Cons: Our Check in took about 35 min for the two rooms. Ones at the room internet was down and no one told us (front desk just gave us the Wi-Fi info) even knowing did not work. I fall sleep in the afternoon and somebody try to open the room at least 3 times. I did had the look.

Cons: The bed was uncomfortable- the sheets were scratchy, the mattress was very stiff and the pillows offered no support whatsoever. The walls of the tub/shower were 2' off the ground and very difficult to get in and out of (especially when wet).

Pros: The location is very good. The staff was very nice, friendly and supportive. One led me all the way from the lobby on the ground to the 1st floor at the reception desk when I arrived late (15 minutes before midnight). My room is very quiet and peaceful.

Cons: It is obviously a "date" hotel, running "specials" for 6 hours stay. None of it is advertised on your site. Each room has a car ports that you access with your car and up the stairs to the room. They call this "Villas". Extremely noisy, bad night sleep. I complained and they offered to move me to the "Tower" for an extra fee. They said the would consult with the manager and get back to me. They never did. I called and they never answered. On top of that WiFi never worked.

When dining at the facility I saw the waiter drop my fries, pick them up, put them back on the plate and serve that to me. ... I told him I that I had seen what happened, so instead I would use the buffet. He denied what I had seen and attempted to charge me for both meals! ... Definitely, never again!

Heavy traffic congestion and lack of public transportation made it very difficult to get around. You should have advised that the hotel is not on de la Reforma in the city center.

Cons: The walls between rooms are very thin and you can hear what other people are doing. The description in booking says that the room has a terrace and a tub, it didn't. The pillows are very stiff and the sheets were stained with blood. The breakfast has to few options to choose and the personnel is not very friendly. If you are looking for a nice place to rest and eat, comfort inn is not for you.

Cons: The bathroom had a smell like from the soap or detergent they use for clean it. Room did not have a good lighting. The area is nice for having a car or hanging in uber but is not walkable.

Cons: When I arrived, hotel was unaware of my reservation, I had to show them a copy. Inside the room somebody else pants where left behind. The courtesy water was opened and half empty. The receptionist was sulky. Room service was slow, and delivered wrong order. Breakfast was shocking, at 07hr00 there was nothing left, and nobody in attendance, I had to go downstairs to buy breakfast. At USD 150.00 per night, this is a disgrace.
