Very clean and the employees were very amicable and helpful. Specially Mario who help us with our luggage and giving us tourist place tips.
I think, the doors and walks mire soundproof, but overall very good
The reception at the hotel was the worst ever. They don´t do check in before 3pm and when they start everything is very badly organised. Also staff is not friendly
The internet is a horrible! They need to change their wi fi system. Trained to get out of the hotel since day one and they keep on promise me they are going to fix it. I got out of the room and when I returned around 16:30 they have ya cleaned my room. I have them a try but I’m not returning anymore!
The kindness of the staff
The very poor breakfast ; not friendly and skilled people in the restaurant ; smell very bad next to the room (sort of pollution from the street inside) ; very noisy in the rooms, even though we were located at the 7th floor.
We went for Dia de los Muertos and the location was two blocks away from the parade area and awesome walking location for restaurants and bars. This is my go to hotel next time I travel to Mexico City.
