Great Hotel with fantastic Spa
The Hotel has a very good location. Rooms are clean and provide all amenities. The food is very well prepared and the Spa is top of the line.
No free wifi
Very nice reception and excellent restaurant
Room are very small
Excellent facility in an excellent location
I found the value for this hotel to be amazing. There were several restaurants to choose from in the lobby plus the bar stayed open past 2am. I thought the segregated spa was a bit odd, but my wife and I were able to get an excellent 90-minute couples massage. The hotel is close to the main park where there are plenty of attractions. The staff was always able to accommodate me and they were super friendly. Even though I speak Spanish, I didn't need to as the staff was very fluent in English. I would stay here again.
I didn't like that the spa was segregated. I would like to have spent some time in the Jacuzzi with my wife, but that is not the case with the spa facility.
Great location, nice business stay.
Upcharge for everything. Works for business, not as ideal for family.
