Pros: What a fabulous hotel and staff. Located across the street from Chapultepec Park and within an easy walk of major museums. The courtyard is one of the most beautiful I've ever seen. Great restaurants to boot. For Americans, great value for the money.

Cons: Honestly, for the average price of the room, this hotel is just not that great of a value in a city like Mexico that is filled with great lodging options.

Pros: The staff is amazing. Friendly, supportive, inquisitive, kind. They really make the Four Seasons shine.

Cons: The hot tub was not hot. We informed the staff, who said they would look in to it, but it never achieved an adequate temperature.

Pros: The staff was great! I also really enjoyed that there were many areas to go and relax. I was with a big group of friends and we were able to spend time together without having to meet at a lobby as in many hotels. It was the perfect couples gateway.

Cons: I think the lighting in the rooms is poor and not well designed. Also the rooms need more usb charging areas.

Pros: We love the location of the Four Seasons in Mexico City. It's right near Chaputelpec Park, a 10 minute walk from Condessa and Roma, two of our favorite neighborhoods, and away from the craziness of downtown. All rooms face a courtyard, which is lovely, and a great place to take a break from the city. The bar is excellent. Rooms are good size with comfortable beds.

Pros: The location of the hotel is great to explore the city. The amazing Anthropology Museum and several arts museums are within easy walking distance. We enjoyed the breakfast selection and the quality of the food. It was wonderful to sit in the courtyard and have breakfast outside. The heated pool and the jacuzzi were great and the spa area was very clean. The hotel staff was wonderful with the exception of some of the waiters in the restaurant. The room was kept exceptionally clean and plenty of clean water was provided every day. The grounds were well kept and provided a green oasis after coming back from the city.

Cons: Most hosts/hostesses and waiters were very friendly and provided excellent service. One of the waiters even addressed me with my name one morning, which I had not experienced at big hotels before. A nice touch! However, one of the hosts and some waiters did not care. We had to wait for more than 10 minutes one morning to get coffee, even though there were only about 5 people in the restaurant. We also did not like the many small plastic bottles that were used every day to provide fresh water. We would have been happy to refill our bottle each day from a clean water fountain, if available, perhaps next to the elevator. The hotel might want to think about how to eliminate the plastic bottles.

Pros: Good location, staff was great  (the night receptionist), very clean and nice.

Pros: Staff were very helpful and friendly, and we were upgraded to a better room at check-in which was lovely. Breakfast buffet was excellent and the 'happy hour' drinks and lounge were a nice bonus. Room was very comfortable.

Cons: I booked this hotel because I wanted a swimming pool. When we arrived we found out the pool had been drained for maintenance for the duration of our stay. While I understand this had to be done, I wish the staff had informed me prior to check-in, because then I would have stayed somewhere else. They arranged for me to use the pool at another hotel about 10 minutes walk away, which was not as nice and quite small and in need of a refurbishment. A bit of a shame, really.

Pros: Great location in Mexico City. Nice and clean hotel with good amenities like pool, gym and business center. Very helpful and friendly staff.

Pros: The hotel is well-situated to Chapultepec Park and its many museums and other attractions. Staff is generally friendly and professional. Excellent restaurant on premises as well as cafe for less-demanding food.

Cons: Insuffient lighting in room and almost no lighting in bathroom. My spouse had to leave the bathroom and move to the window in bedroom in order to apply makeup. We were traveling with another couple and had booked the reservation on our credit card. When we checked in, the other couple was upgraded but we were not. Even after we complained, the hotel initially refused to upgrade us, finally relenting after we pressed further.

Pros: Well, talking about my experience at was not word to say how good it was, is clean, organized, the shits and the bed so clean the bathroom very clean so nit and I love to be able to spend more time and for sure a be there and my next vacations.

Cons: One thing I do wants to you the check is the coffee maker please put some atencin to that, but like I say a was the time to expend some day and you hotelme and my partner Aydne Velazquez.

Cons: My room's AC wasn't working properly.

Pros: Facility was clean and comfortable, restaurants top-notch. Included breakfast far superior to typical breakfast. Staff went out their way to be helpful. Extremely good value for the money.

Cons: Bedding consisted of a cover sheet and a too-warm, heavy blanket. Need to provide a light-weight blanket alternative.

Pros: I loved the hotel location in the city. The staff were first-rate and very clearly dedicated to customer service.

Cons: The room was strangely very dark. All the lights seemed to be set to a dim setting, which I couldn''t seem to change no matter what I did. Even with all the lights on, the room stayed quite dark.

Cons: The gym wasn't that big and we couldn't use the pool the whole time of our stay as there was maintenance work on it. The pool was one of the reasons we booked the hotel

Cons: The only thing that took us by surprise was that breakfast was not included in the price. When I booked, I was sure that it was. The breakfast buffet was very good but pricey.

Pros: Deluxe rooms are very spacious and great value for money

Pros: Great service, very clean, good location, luxurious and romantic style. Excellent price / quality balance. Hygiene is number one priority in this hotel.

Cons: Hairdryer kept overheating and shutting off, could not use it for up to 2 minutes at a time. Bathtub could not be closed due to a broken lid, however I did not need to close it anyway.

Pros: Nice facilities. Rate was good for the normally expensive location.

Cons: Expensive food service. Internet charge was unacceptably high. Mattress was extremely hard. Wine shop was closed on Sunday. Had to purchase bottle in the bar. Overpriced bottle was the result.

Pros: Great Hotel, tax makes it a not so good deal when you work it out! Friendly staff and nice room. Pool was very pleasant even in winter!
