I liked how closed to the tours and sight seeing.
The room can be more modern bigger beds
Not the best location...
Room was modern, clean, quiet and comfortable
Wi-fi reception was irregular in my room, front desk needs more staff
Hotel not bad, horrible location
The hotel is not bad, newer, clean, rooms are nice, small but comfortable. The location is awful. It is on a main street however, you definitely cannot leave the hotel after dark. Very scary area. The staff was NOT helpful. I have never had a problem checking into a room before the check-in time, especially if it is not a peak season which in this case it wasn't. I don't expect to get my room early but it is nice. In this case, the front desk agent decided to ignore me because she knew I had been waiting there for 3 hours to get my room which was finally given to me 30 mins after check in time with not even a sorry. The next day, I renewed my reservation for another night because I didn't have another option and it was getting late, I sent the front desk my confirmation and advised them it had been sent but when I went to get my new key, they said I needed to pay or get my things out of the room. In summary, the staff does not take ownership or knows that the guest is the most important thing. Maybe a good Customer Service training is needed there.
The bed was very comfortable but not much else.
I should have checked the map because although this hotel is called the Ramada Reforma, it is not actually on Reforma and our taxi had difficulty in finding the place. The hotel has limited facilities, although it states there is a Spa, this is actually only a Sauna and Gym. There was a private function (for approx 8 people) in the swimming pool area when we checked-in so we could not use the facility. The "restaurant" is in fact a cafeteria. Check-out was slow as the billing reconciliation had not been done. I booked a Suite and ended up in a room. All in all, a poor experience on what was the conclusion to a Honeymoon with my wife.
