Room was spacious, clean, modern, Bathroom well equipped, large, very bright, shower very good. Staff at hotel was very professional and courteous. There were large number of staff available to assist. The hotel is very attractive and well presented, Person making eggs to order was amazing.Fresh squeezed Orange juice was delicious. made to order food was very good at breakfast. We were pleased to stay at hotel. We were pleased with the location and quality of hotel
The hot tub was warm not hot. May have been because it was part of pool. Our room had large window but still needed better lighting-- was quite dark. Had evening meals in hotel - meal was attractively served but had meat that was delicious but full of fat, manager expressed concern about my dissatisfaction and hoped I would be happier next time. Next night had terrible service and he again came to us to ask how the meal had been. He was concerned and spoke to his staff about bad service. He was very good. Breakfast food was varied and attractive but not hot enough. Coffee weak Elevators slow
Best view anywhere of the international parade from the hotels smoking balcony. Spa and pool are great. Fantastic location. Not to far from the shopping area. Old town within walking distance.
Can be a bit noisy as sound can travel up from the foyer and bar. No complaints otherwise. Wouldn't confirm twin room til we got there but I think this is common in Mexico. Btw got twin room
I loved the corner wardrobe, it's very big but does not take up a lot of space, simply genius. Location was not bad, being at a huge intersection. The staff at the premium lounge was helpful when asked, but can try be warmer and smile more.
Overall a good stay for Mexico, but not comparable to similar-priced and similar-star hotels internationally. Cleanliness and upkeep of items in the room needs to improve. Soundproofing was bad too. One of the electricity socket was pulled out and wires exposed, could have been a hazard if not careful. Air conditioning heating was not operational, so it could only blow cold air. The staff at the premium lounge was helpful, but only when asked - they saw me struggling with the luggage and doors, and commented on it to each other, but did not come over to help.
-nice location & building -comfortable room
-spa was only available from 6PM till 10 PM and we arrived 10:30 PM so we couldnt enjoy the next morning which is really sad... we really wanted to relax before our afternoon flight.
The facilities are great, the bar closes late and the buffet in the morning is cheap and super complete.
There was a weird smell when I arrive to the room, but it did go.
