Very clean. Modern. Nice facilities including free mini bar. A free safe in the room. Very comfy bed and incredible views.
No coffee machines/tea facilities in room. Pool on 23rd floor was closed and no info was given prior to this.

staff helpfulness and friendliness
Not much privacy between bathroom and bedroom. Also because the floors are tiled the noise barriers are non existent when those above are moving chairs etc

Beautiful 4 star hotel. Easy access via metro. Beautiful views from the hotel. Very near to the beach.
