Only 2 meals on a 16 hrs flight and they had few option for food and drink. Qty was not sufficient
The crew was fantastic. They did their utmost to accommodate our needs throughout the flight. Definitely Singapore Airlines is the best.
All good other than departing 1 hr late!!
The checkin staff at Delhi Airport was very rude. Instead of solving the problem they started shouting. Also there was no one to pick helpline of Singapore Airlines. Must avoid Singapore Airlines if you have another options.

Cons: "J class seat, 12A window. Top of my seat curled around my sides, which blocked vision thru 1.5 of the 3 windows I had access to. The enclosure also protuded into my left bicep when I had my elbow resting on the arm rest. Table on my right hand side was too close to my body, and to high to reach a drink easily, I literally had to lift my whole right arm to pick up a glass."

Pros: "I’ve flown with a lot of airlines in every class. This was an economy class flight and still the food was better than I’ve received in business class on American. The seat was comfortable, the entertainment options varied and extensive and the cabin team were amazing. They clean the bathrooms between uses. Seriously how do other airlines still exist?"

Drinks were served and offered throughout the flight. Socks and toothbrush also given. Entertainment was great with a good mix of movies. Chairs were comfy and leg space was ok."

Unfortunately it was a short flight so I didn't et a chance to experience the whole service properly as I needed. I felt like royalty with the service offered by your staff who consistantly came to check if everything was in order without making a nuisance. Fantastic food and beverage options too. Overall a great experience, but would have liked it to be a 12hr experience instead of 5."

Problems at check-in REALLY upset me! I repeatedly checked the New Zealand.gov web site to ensure I adhered to all their requirements: had all Covid vaccinations and boosters, and completed their NZ Declaration. NO VISA WAS EVER REQUIRED for USA citizens. NZ lifted all Covid requirements on 9/13 and for the NZ Declaration on 10/22. But when I checked in for my flight, I was informed I needed a VISA! At no time was I notified of this by the NZ government, Air New Zealand, or Kayak. And I was not the only one. Had it not been for two other passengers helping me file for the Visa online, I would not have been able to board my flight. As for the flight, attendants were friendly. Organic food was pretty good. Seats were very uncomfortable, despite my paying an extra $50 for more leg room, and my back and legs have been aching for several days.

Apparently we weren't entitled to any. We were not treated the same as the others next to us. It was not an option. Perhaps only Australians were entitled."

However, when I got into the plane, the lady that was going to be seating next to me asked me if I could change my seat with her husband; which was a regular seat. In order to avoid an awkward 12 hour flight, I agreed to change my bigger seat for a smaller seat. I felt disappointment that Air New Zealand separates parties and leaves room for uncomfortable situations. I really did not know what to do in this scenario, I paid for that seat but was in a way forced to give it a away without any refund in order to avoid 12 hours seating with some stranger's wife."
