Because of this, I had to download the app at the airport, and because it can take up to 72 hours for the NZ gov to approve your app, I almost missed my flight. Would have appreciated 72 hours notice of this new rule."

I also disliked that some of the crew members drove the food/beverage cart violently through the isles and saw as one of the crew members rammed into another person's leg, to only say "oh sorry" and kept on going. This same crew member missed picking up the trash from an entire row and was throwing trash on the floor. She was more interested in caring for a baby on board (not sure if it was her daughter or family member) than the rest of the passengers. I also didn't like the seats were so close to each other, the person in front of me almost hit my face when he reclined his seat all the way back. There wasn't much room to breath let alone stretch."

Check in at Auckland airport was very quick and highly automated, however, our gate was not posted till one hour before the flight, so we did not know where was the best place to sit and wait."

It was a very costly for us, a couple who is on a budget. i book From kayak all the time, and know exactly when I am booking an economy ticket vs a more upgrade. We had to pay an unexpected $320 on the day of flight. It was ridiculous and while we were boarding the flight attendants held us up again bc we had not paid the fee. But we tried to pay the fee at the front desk the first time and then we paid it at the gate and then boarded last on the plane. It was awful. The staff did not know anything and we were not treated great. Super unprofessional and disappointed at Kayak for not laying out all the costs ahead of me."

The airline also did not reply to an enquirer submitted weeks before the flight. Seat leg space was restricted more than average due to large black blocks in addition to the metal seat frames. Maybe that’s due to the enhanced entertainment and power outlets so can’t say it’s a complete negative."

These should be reserved for shorter passengers only who do not require many ups and downs from their seats during the flight. No one should have to pay to choose a seat ahead of time! Except Qantas, I've never seen an airline charge to choose a regular, non-premium seat. That is ridiculous to charge $30, especially when the airfare was over $1300."

Pros: "First time I flew Qantas and it was a flight from Melb- Dubai and then Dubai - London. I sat in row 62 and the food three times the food selection had run out the fruits and beef curry. I wasn't able to check in online which was quite annoying. The crew from Melb-Dubai were fantastic. So friendly and talkative and I think one was called Jordan."

A little difficult to run there at my age. Any chance of allowing people with connecting flights disembark first instead of last in this situation?"
Cons: "Due to inclement weather conditions no liquids were served. Small bottles of water would be great - less likely to spill over in bad weather and thirst would also be quenched. Lack of luggage space for those of us with the correct allowance hand luggage instead of all the extra large pieces because people don't want to go to baggage claims or pay for baggage. Truly their suitcase not paid for is the same as mine paid for. Cons: "Flight was delayed 6.5 hours. Then they delayed another hour. Then they sent a message that it would only be an additional 30 minutes so we rushed back. Then it was delayed another 2 hours. The United people would have happily stuck me with an overnight hotel so I could take their flight the next morning. I asked for the AA routing that worked for a same-day arrival. They happily agreed."

Cons: "Cancelled and rerouting of flights. Long waits in airports."

Cons: "My luggage took about 30 min, incredibly frustrating. Most airlines have this process figured out, wish United could do the same."

Pros: "I liked the takeoff it was entertaining and fun also I liked the flight crew where every 30 min they would check on us and bring us water and snacks."

Pros: "I was immediately guaranteed a later flight which was nice so I did not have to fly standby."
Cons: "Had a mechanical delay that caused me to miss my connection and resulted in a longer than expected layover. Houston is a huge airport and even running to the next gate did not get me to the gate in time to be able to board my connection before having the door closed."

Pros: "Boarding Zones included seats throughout plane so it wasn't so bunched up when putting luggage away."
Cons: "Seats too close together and no TV's"

Cons: "I got a final boarding call 2 minutes before the time that my boarding pass said boarding g would begin. Despite that we didn't take off any earlier and landed just five minutes before schedule. We then waited on the tarmac for an hour. In the end I spent almost as much time sitting g in a grounded plane as I did flying. This after paying way too much for an economy ticket. Reminded me why I don't fly United"

Cons: "The space was to small, flying makes me sick, my legs hurt, my back hurt and Didn't offer Dr. Pepper"

Cons: "United airlines plane from SLC to SFO departed 45 minutes late due to maintenance issue. Then the connecting flight from SFO to Bakersfield left 10 minutes early, thus resulting in a small group missing the connection. Spent Father's Day in the airport for 10+ hours to get on the last flight out of SFO to Bakersfield. Customer service was unhelpful and rude until they found out that the issue was at the fault of united Airlines and not external circumstances."

Pros: "Nice to have free streaming of entertainment/movies."
Cons: "SLC to Houston couldn't connected to the advertised entertainment even after it was announced. Perhaps it wasn't activated? That said, very friendly crew; on time and comfortable flight."

Pros: "I love to fly! Everyone with United was great. TSA was pleasant as well."

Pros: "I think i only put this score down only because we were delayed, so it kind of sucked. It however was not completely their fault. this first delay was then we were delayed by the arrival of the president. Can't really do much to help that. :) Most of the crew were wonderful however I encountered a very rude and abrupt crew member at the airport. I was not a fan."
