Pros: I like the fact that qantas boards the passengers in the back and works their way forward! Ive seen airlines do the opposite and it takes forever and very inefficient. So good job qantas. Much appreciated.

Cons: Food could be better and cabin and bathroom cleaned more thoroughly.

Pros: Extra legroom (economy x) was well worth it as I had knee surgery the day prior. Ground staff and crew very helpful assisting me as I was on crutches. Excellent service.

Okay 4.0

Cons: No in flight entertainment. No seat charging. It would have been nice to know this a head of time so we could have prepared (tracing with 3 kids). Right before we took off crew told everyone to down load virgin app, they didn’t specify the entertainment app. So we were not able to watch any movies.

BNE
Okay 4.5

Pros: Not much. Incoming flight was late then turn-around was ridiculous.

Cons: We had extra baggage, which I tried to pay online multiple times but the Virgin website kept indicating they are having problems. When we arrived at the airport the charged us basically twice (for extra bags) what we would have paid had they not rigged their website to make extra money.

LAX
Okay 4.3

Cons: Food was not good and was insufficient.

Cons: Good seat on Virgin VA1 51H and lucky for me there's no one seated beside me I had two seats all to myself. They run out of chicken and had to settle for vege curry which was ok. Purchased the wifi the entire flight which was awesome.

Prices are per person, are for e–tickets and include all taxes & fees in NZD.

We attempt to get accurate prices, however, prices are not guaranteed.

Here's why:

We’re not the seller
At KAYAK we don’t set prices, so it’s not possible for us to guarantee what other companies are selling.

We aggregate tons of data for you
Our service lets you quickly and easily compare results from hundreds of travel sites at once. In this sense, KAYAK is a search engine and we don't guarantee prices we find.

Why aren’t prices accurate 100% of the time?
Prices on airline seats, hotel rooms and car hires can change frequently. Several people may also be trying to buy the same travel option simultaneously. As a result, you may find on occasion that certain prices are no longer available.

More questions or if you have a bad price to report to us
Please send us an and someone from our team will get back to you promptly.

The fares displayed include all taxes and fees for economy class travel and were found by the provider in the last 72 hours. Seats are limited and may not be available on all flights and days. Fares are subject to change and may not be available on all flights or dates of travel. Some carriers charge additional fees for extra checked bags. Please check the carriers' sites.
