Plane itself was very modern and surprisingly comfortable, as much as a small space can be. Good amount of entertainment, and the crew were pleasant. And flight itself was smooth with very little turbulence which helps!"

Her flight from Amsterdam to New York today operated by KLM, was delayed by few minutes. And Delta flight from JFK to Cleveland DL4084 was preponed by airlines. Result was my daughter was not allowed to board the aircraft. Worst was yet to come. Your staff at the gate offered her a flight to Cleveland for next day at 3:30 pm??? Means around 24 hours later. Is this how you behave with a girl of 19 years, asking her to stay at the airport. She was refused Hotel and Lounge stay by your team!!! Is this what you call customer services??? Obscene services is what I would like to term it as!!! My daughter asked them to give this is writing, which was refused to her. Why are your people scared to put it in writing if everything that you are doing is right by the Law??? I was left with no other option but to book her on American Airlines flight today departing at 9 pm to ensure that little girl doesn’t have to spend close to 24 hours at airport by paying $423. No wifi even in Business class! Someone in senior management of BA needs to fly SQ, Cathay, Qatar, Emirates and learn what can be improved. Most of these airlines have better service in economy than business on BA!"

Cons: "It seems amazing to me that BA will leave 50 First and Business Class passengers standing in line while they pre-board "families with young children". Some of the families had children who were 7 or 8 years old and certainly had no need for pre-boarding; its just an opportunistic way of jumping the queue. Similarly, some of the "elderly" passengers who claim to need pre-boarding on departure spring to their feet and dash down the aisle on arrival. Air Canada boards Business Class first on this same route; I'm going to migrate back to them, as virtually everything else on the two flights is comparable."
