Pros: "Flying on economy Emirates was a fantastic experience. It should be the industry standard."
Cons: "The entire experience"
Cons: "My original flight was delayed so I needed to book for a hotel in manila and need to rebook my connecting flight from christchurch to queenstown. Supposedly, the airline company should offer a reimbursement for all my additional expenses. Vey inconvenient on my part."
Cons: "By the time the food cart reaches rear zones , there are not much left to choose from. It should be better managed so all passengers have a chance to pick the food of their choice."
Pros: "Good leg-room."
Cons: "Crew do not seem to be attentive."
Cons: "Being late and have 24 layover at Dubai . Am still at dubai"
Pros: "I liked how I didn't get jet lagged"
Cons: "Half the food was good half was just okay"
Pros: "A380! Overall is good. I liked a bag of accessories including eye mask and socks."
Cons: "In flight food in Arabic style, my brother didn't like much of that styled food. But I'm OK with it. They provided light meal ( "pide" lamb/veggie filled bread or choice of fruit). The veggie pide was a bit weird. But overall, the food was not so bad."
Pros: "I flew round trip on their flagship Airbus 380 from Toronto to Dubai, about 13-14 hours. Crew was great, plenty of food and drinks, about 3x meals, lost track of how many drink runs, maybe 5x. It was almost too much food & drink! The in-flight entertainment was great, touch screen was fantastic, USB port, even power outlet, on back of seat, plenty of entertainment choices from movies, to video games, to trivia, I even got a kick out of all the camera's mounted on the outside of the plane with all the flight tracking details available on screen, plenty of bathrooms. Its such a big plane it didn't even feel like you are flying. I'm 6'4" so I always choose an aisle seat so i can at least stretch one leg out, the crew was even mindful not to bump my elbow or even my leg when it was extended out into the aisle while i was asleep...which was more than accommodating to something I shouldn't have been doing! Overall Excellent, I wish every airline was like Emirates. They're bringing back the old school service and class airlines used to be like. I know people don't dress up while they air travel anymore, but I'll be dressing up the next time I fly Emirates! ;)"
Cons: "Nothing comes to mind."
Cons: "No food for vegetarian"
Pros: "Seat was really comfortable and leg room was excellent. In flight entertainment will keep you busy."
Cons: "Nothing. Emirates are the best!"
Pros: "The in flight entertainment is as good as ever."
Cons: "The food was wore, the staff seemed less happy and the flight was overcrowded. Not a bad experience, really, but slightly worse than the same flight the previous year. Getting to be the world's best airline may be less challenging than remaining such."
Pros: "It felt like home. =)"
Cons: "it felt too much like home. ;)"
Pros: "COMFORT AND FRINDLY CREW"
Pros: "Best upper class flight ever!"
Pros: "Emirates is still the best option for travel from Seattle to South Asia. Flight time is convenient and boarding process is flawless as always,"
Cons: "In flight meal service and staff attention is not the same as a few years ago. The fees on advance seat selection is ridiculous. After spending close to two grand on a return ticket, Emirates wants me to spend another 40 bucks each way to heya seat of my choice ?"
Pros: "Great staff and awesome entertainment selection"
Cons: "There is nothing to not like"
Pros: "The crew were excellent, very helpful and friendly. The most friendly crew I have flown with. Qantas could learn something from Emirates."
Pros: "It was a comfortable flight since I had 3 seats in my row which I ended up sleeping on."
Cons: "The food was cold and awful and it's hard to understand how can they run out of drinks barely half way through Economy during service. A couple of the cabin crew females were rude."
Pros: "The entertainment unit worked all good. The food was great."
Cons: "Flight got delayed. I can't say crews weren't kind but I was on another airline with much much kinder crews."
Pros: "I liked the professionalism each staff displayed at every interaction, and the genuine friendly demeanor as well. Staff appeared to truly like being service providers. From the very beginning of the flight when I was delayed in getting on board due to my poor orientation in the early morning staff was very courteous"
Cons: "There is nothing I have to report negatively. I flew for a 32 hour period from Windhoek to Ft. Lauderdale and arrived feeling refreshed. As we say in Kentucky. I was "fat and happy.""
Pros: "The crew member was excellent, she went all out to make my journey easy and comfortable.I have sent an email to her superior, please use her as an example.if all attendants can serve and see to passengers like her will be beneficial for emirates"
Pros: "Service was too notch. Economy Class was a bit tight for such a long flight. Still a great experience. Thank you."
Pros: "We started with a 45 min wait on the tarmac before takeoff. Then spent 14h listening to screaming children. Now, I know that isn't the airlines fault, but it would be nice to see where children are sitting when booking on such a long flight! Once we landed, the girl next to me got sick and when I flagged a flight attendant, she simply told me there's a barf bag in the seat pocket - there wasn't - so I had to part the crowd to get that lady to a bathroom. Then it took 45 min to get off the plane! The food was okay and there was plenty to watch (couldn't read due to screaming children). It was a really rough flight."
Pros: "I liked the crew and the attitude of staff"
Cons: "All flights were delayed Boarding experience is not that great Not sufficient leg room, so cramped up Food was very average"
Pros: "We arrived."
Pros: "Emirates is always excellent however the crew were not very engaging"
Cons: "No one weighted my cabin bag while checking in. Before the security control, Emirates ground staff stopped me and weighted my cabin bag that was 8.4, around a kg extra. They didn't allow me boarding until I threw 4 shirts to the garbage and I reduced the weight. Staff was just unbelievably rude."
Cons: "Flights are always good but back office staff is always careless not to bother any complaints or never solved any complaints they do not care of customer bcoz they have business thier is no other airline right now but in future may be they loose customer like me"
Cons: "I loved it"
Pros: "Seats were comfortable and food was good."
Pros: "The new A380 flight is very comfortable. The leg room even in economy was great."
Cons: "The in flight crew service was absolutely terrible. I was shocked to receive this kind of service by Emirates. I did not receive any assistance by the crew members even after pressing the call button and waiting for over 20 mins. Finally I had to get up and help myself. This was not just once but twice in a single flight. One of the stewards serving my area seemed very curt. The food was also terrible. My chicken dish was cold and very dry. Even the side bread was like a rock. The coffee that was served after the meal was cold. This kind of service is unacceptable on a 16hr trans Atlantic flight. Overall very disappointed with Emirates."
Pros: "So so"
Cons: "The first flight was late by over an hour and nobody could tell us why. They also serve food once and you don't get a snack or anything--you don't even see the attendants--for another 10 hours. Then they serve breakfast close to an hour before landing. The crew is constantly telling you to sit as if you weren't allowed to use the toilet at all when the seatbelt sign is on--and it's on the whole time. So you have to be asking permission to use the toilet when you are right next to the toilet door and about to go in because they don't allow you to use it. That's not healthy for someone to hold it."
Cons: "The crew wasn't very responsive"
