Cons: "The seat beside him for his friend. And the crew said to me she so sorry I couldn't move to sit with my husband. But later no body beside him and he lay down 3 seats all the way. And the crew do nothing for us. We very dissapointed."
Pros: "Logjam Manila traffic, confusion at MNL, late for check in, but staff got me on the plane. Then my suitcase was busted open at Chicago O'Hare on the conveyor belt and ANA issued me a replacement on the spot. Two problems [ not their fault ] handled beautifully. ANA is truly amazing. Thank You !!"

Cons: "Pax are advised to show up at least 3 hours before flight. My wife and I showed up 3hrs 45 min before takeoff. There were perhaps 40 to 50 people already in line ahead of us. But no checkin counters were open. The first check-ins began 3 hours prior to take off. By that time the line was backed all the way out into the main corridor. It would be MUCH better for ANA and the customer to begin the checkin process 3.5 to 4hours prior instead of 3."
Couldn’t fly since they wouldn’t issue a boarding ticket. Something to do with not taking the departing flight since it was cancelled due to weather. No notice or anything about the trip being invalid. The app made it seem like I was all good for it. Never trusting travel agency

Cons: "FA’s distributed food but never came back. Also didn’t collect used containers until flight was in decent stage. They were generally unavailable unless you rang the FA button(which I never do)"

Pros: "The crew on board was friendly and the trip was smooth."
Cons: "I boarded from the Hongqiao Airport in Shanghai. I was having trouble scanning my passport at the self check in kiosk. I asked one of the nearby China Eastern staff for help and she was very unwilling to help. Eventually, she just told me, very shortly, I was in the wrong place and walked away to continue chatting with her coworkers. It was very rude and unprofessional. However, when I went to the CE help desk the staff member was very helpful and let me know I was in the wrong terminal."

Cons: "Food isn't the best (had Hindu meal for my flights) not sure if there is a better option. There isn't much in terms of snacks, outside the set meals. Some of the crew members do struggle with communicating in English, but I always found someone to work with."
