Cons: "The seat beside him for his friend. And the crew said to me she so sorry I couldn't move to sit with my husband. But later no body beside him and he lay down 3 seats all the way. And the crew do nothing for us. We very dissapointed."

Pros: "Logjam Manila traffic, confusion at MNL, late for check in, but staff got me on the plane. Then my suitcase was busted open at Chicago O'Hare on the conveyor belt and ANA issued me a replacement on the spot. Two problems [ not their fault ] handled beautifully. ANA is truly amazing. Thank You !!"

Cons: "Pax are advised to show up at least 3 hours before flight. My wife and I showed up 3hrs 45 min before takeoff. There were perhaps 40 to 50 people already in line ahead of us. But no checkin counters were open. The first check-ins began 3 hours prior to take off. By that time the line was backed all the way out into the main corridor. It would be MUCH better for ANA and the customer to begin the checkin process 3.5 to 4hours prior instead of 3."

Pros: "Comfortable seats, excellent entertainment system (although lack of movie choices this time around), crew is attentive as usual, and the food is not bad for airplane food. Smooth traveling."

Pros: "ANA did a great job of keeping customers informed about every detail regarding the delays we experienced with the flight. ANA did a great job of finding me a new flight when delays caused by the ground crew caused me to miss a connecting flight."

Pros: "The airline offer a lot of food on the plane including Hagen Daz ice cream. The service was excellent, flight attendances were polite and always smile. The seat was very comfortable!"

Cons: "I accidentally left an external battery in my check in bag and they stopped me to open my bag and remove it as I was boarding. This is obviously my fault but I wish they had called me up earlier to not disrupt the other passagers and slow the boarding process."

Cons: "Very unhappy over the first leg. Nothing indicated it was a United Airline flight to be boarded at United Airline terminal in LAX. Seat selected at time of booking was not honored since selection has to be done on United Air's web site. Did not get the meal I ordered for the same reason. Very short time to get from arrival gate to the connecting gate at Haneda."

Cons: "My mom has to stay seated "90 degree" the whole time from Tokyo to Chicago (NH12). The seat is broken and she cannot adjust it to a comfortable position"

Pros: "The large windows on the 787 are really a big plus for someone like me who likes to look out the window. To have the added ability to dim the window progressively is just too cool. Even if the sun is bright, you can still look out and enjoy the view. I love this feature of the 787 and am always a little disappointed when I'm back in any other aircraft."
