Will be better if the flight will be on time

Didn't like the Boeing 787-9 Business Class. I had requested seats A & B for me and my husband, they changed to A & D, separated by the aisle. For the 12 hours duration of the flight we couldn't even see each other! Same for the return flight, a passenger was kind and switched seats, we ended up sitting in the middle 2 seats, still an issue to communicate with a barrier in the middle..

I had 2 flights on the same day ( beautiful sunny non windy day)both had a touch and go -around on the runway. My husband said they were training a co pilot. The bathrooms were stinky dirty and the the floor was sticky. On one flight I had the worst food option I have ever had on an overseas flight.

Excellent service. Made United 's business class look like a cattle car

Connection was a headache due to a delay on arrival flight

My originating flight by Turkish Airlines was late, so I missed my connecting flight to Dallas I was supposed to pick up a rental car on my arrival and because it was a no show case for this car rental company they cancelled my bookings and charged 368 USD. So because of Turkish Airlines I lost 368 US dollars. Will never fly again with this company.

Just on time arrival and departure would make it great

Our plane transfer in Instanbul was too tight. Our flight into Instanbul was 30 minutes late and by the time we got off of the gateway to the terminal they were already calling last call for our next flight whos gate was in a total different terminal. We had to run thru the airport and I have mobility issues. I do not recommend offering flight packages with this tight of a transfer schedule.

Indigo, needs better planes and entertainment. Also, the check in was not very efficient.

The only good thing about the flight to Tel Aviv was the food. The seats were uncomfortable for business class. The worst experience was on the day of return. My flight was delayed for 6 hours, therefore missing the connection. The staff at the help desk in Tel Aviv were very disappointing, displaying lack of respect and support. Poor communication with customers regarding their concerns and alternative flights. It took almost 5 hours to find me a flight back to Los Angeles, even though it was clear that there were business class seats available on other star alliance members. I will never fly Turkish airlines again, never!!!!
