Cons: The crew was friendly but because of 5 flight delays we missed our connections in Amsterdam and got stuck in Houston for the night. United airlines did not even give us a voucher for a hotel this causing us to spend more money. We will now arrive in Amsterdam a whole day late missing our check in

Cons: Twice now I didn't get the seat I reserved at the time of ticketing.

Pros: Phone charging, laptop socket, nice legroom and smart recline system means legroom gets better when the guy in front reclines. Toilets clean. New aircraft, attentive crew. AIRBUS A350 IS THE BEST!!!

Cons: Food okay could have been better. Entertainment system excellent but television shows section could have been better.

Pros: The ability to select a special meal ahead of time. Meal selection out of the US was better than coming from oversea into the US.

Cons: Seating can always be made more comfortable.

Cons: Try to keep the flights close to schedule and be honest about the delay.

Pros: I had the row of seats to myself and lots of leg room.

Cons: Our flight was delayed. We watched while the next flight was loading on time. We had to wait 2 hours!

Pros: The crew was very accommodating, especially a flight attendant named Petra.

Cons: We waited a long time to board. It would have been helpful if someone explained why we waiting so long.

Cons: The flight was delayed for 4 hours making us miss our connecting flight, the revised flight was delayed resuslting in missing our next connection and this resulted it lost baggage. So an 11 hour flight becames 24 hours which is unacceptable when travling with 2 kids. Nevering flying United again.

Cons: Better/more comfortable seats

Pros: Sitting in the emergency row.

Cons: More veg. meal options. Please make sure to offer a complete balanced meal, not just a serving of veggies.

Pros: China Airlines have always been consistent in food and service. Consistency is good but the quality is not kept up as well.

Cons: The quality of food. Maybe the food is okay, the heating up of them tends to be over done.

Pros: Excellence in crew's attitude, promptness in service, very courteous.

Cons: A bit more bathroom diligence would have been nice, but the passengers seemed quite messy.

Pros: Crew was great... Seat was good

Pros: It was a pretty comfortable flight.

Cons: One thing I would say is if the Earp plugs could be slightly better quality it would improve the experience.

Pros: The seat supper comfort and landing very smooth

Pros: I was able to rearrange my seating, no surprises with the clear notification of the gate change upon my arrival, and quality of service was spectacular.

Cons: If the crew could have been more diligent with bathroom duties, a less of a surprise could have been noticed upon a visit. Not really their fault, the passengers seemed a bit more messy than expected.

Cons: The only issue that would have improved the trip would be if tickets were free Lol

Cons: The flight departed over 3 hours late. Rather than communicating a realistic departure time, the flight was delayed 6 times in 20-40 minute intervals.

Pros: Great flight in United Express. All around excellent journey, service, plane.

Pros: The staff was friendly, fast, and the on boarding was organized. Not like other airline, China Airlines has made an impressive impression with their staffs friendliness, organized policies, and great movies to watch.

Cons: I got economy, the seats were uncomfortable

Cons: Not much variety of food in a long flight

Cons: Good news they have a MENU for the people

Pros: The seat was better than other airlines.

Cons: The food options for vegetarians.

Pros: Ease of changing flights same day

Cons: Not having to change my entire reservation I had to go through a totally different airport that I was unfamiliar and got to my destination 4 hours later than original plain

Pros: That we eventually got there

Cons: Flying a different airline. The crew is always great, but I’ve never been on a United flight that left on time. And their economy deals are terrible

Cons: I kind of miss watching movies on the seat in front of me option instead of just having our own mobile device.. wish the outlet were more reachable and easy to get to.

Cons: This was my first time travelling with China airlines and this trip was our honeymoon so we were really excited for this trip but after flying with China Air, I dont think I will fly with them again. Flight attendants were really rude, Food was ok, There’s no selection of drinks

Pros: The onboard crew was great and the agent at the Dulles airport who helped with my ticket was great (don’t remember her name).

Cons: I couldn’t upgrade my seat since my ticket is ‘restricted’ even though I am willing to pay more for another seat. I am a tall person and was assigned a middle seat for a 7.5 hour flight. Flight was also delayed getting into Munich so I missed my connecting flight.

Pros: Food was delicious! Crew was very nice and friendly and plane was very clean.

Cons: The boarding time

Pros: Crew was the best ever, and I've been flying on China Air for 40 years.... they must have put in a good program to achieve this better-than-before result.

Cons: Boarding from a shuttle bus gate at midnight is problematic... we had to stand on the bus in the dark, and couldn't figure out when the driver was going to turn or stop or go, so people (including many old people) were tripping over for the duration of the bus ride.

Cons: Delayed by two hours. Completely disorganized boarding process. Staff were not service oriented. Would not recommend China airlines to anyone

Cons: Seats too small. We were unable to choose seats ourselves; it got spit to of a computer. Flight was delayed about 50 minutes. Food had a lot of pasta, for some reason, we were not able to choose food. Would have chosen vegetarian.
