Pros: "I was expecting less and China Southern delivered a very good experience on their.international flight from Auckland to Guangzhou. I was able to meet up with my son who flew them from SFO and fly on to Cambodia together. Guangzhou airport is stellar, clean, spacious, and transit was comfortable. Will flutter again with confidence."

Cons: "Food and wifi service : They do not serve appropriate amount of food for a 12 hour journey. No snacks no drink other than water . I was starving . Wifi was very very slow I could not even get the service. I had a stop over of 8 hours but I did not get any hotel or lounge facilities. Also please upload some new movies in two to three weeks."

I really love how the carts in the airport to push your luggage around were free. in America there's $6. I had a 12-hour layover in China, I just want to say thank you so much for putting me in a hotel and giving me transportation! that would never happen in America thank you so much! Thank you so much! I hope it stays the same way forever !"

Cons: "Food was pretty grossand the website was TERRIBLE to use. To sign in to check in for the flight was absolutely impossible. I called and it kept ringing and then hanging up. Since I wasn’t able to check in I couldn’t check in till LAX and they were so rude about it. The website does not function well for English speakers."

Cons: "They canceled my flight without an email confirmation. I went to the airport to find out it was canceled then to get an email now asking how my flight was when I couldn’t go. It was a pan just to even call about getting seats prior to and they had a hard time finding my itinerary. They even took 210 for th cancelation. Had to book with another airline for following day"

Cons: "The first leg from Chiang Mai to Shanghai was so cramped. Very little leg room and the back was low also. They also made me take out my headphones at the beginning and end of the flight."
