Pros: The seats were comfortable and the in-flight entertainment was fine.
Cons: The crew shouldn’t assume that an Asian person is Vietnamese just because they boarded from Vietnam. The vegetarian door was awful.
Pros: Very little.
Cons: Flight status went from check in status to final call....not boarding announcement as promised in lounge. Rude check in lady at counter. Misguided info about check in. Old ratty plane. Bad food. Luggage damaged on arrival. Awful seats.
Pros: excellent staff
Cons: ship needed cleaning
Cons: Seat, food, service
Pros: The crew was amazing. seats were comfortable. The seats will be super comfortable, if there are more leg space.
Pros: Crew was okay
Cons: Did not get the food I chose. Seats were not clean and clumsy
Pros: Average flight
Cons: Seats on this aircraft have very upright seats. Not very comfy
Cons: For business class SQ, the crew service was severely sub-par. Seat arrangement same as in bigger 777, so actual space is much shorter and therefore uncomfortable for sleeping and lounging.
Pros: everything..Singapore airlines is a amazing airline !!! there is a reason why they are no 1 for so many years...
Pros: god food and movie selection.
Cons: Delay without infromation
Pros: The crew were friendly, the entertainment on offer was broad and appealed to all passengers. The meal choices were very good, I requested the LFML options and all were good except for the light evening snack at the end of our second flight which was somewhat lacking in flavours and variety.
Cons: The seats in economy felt cramped on the Boeing 700-300ER, with not much room to recline. This impacted on ability to fully relax and rest on such a long journey. This improved on the Airbus 350 thankfully, which much more leg room.
Pros: I like the food, the service, and the smooth flight (as always with Cathay). My Go-To Airline! Very practical too, without compromising quality.
Cons: Coach Seats... Seems to be getting smaller over time.
Pros: Will if you didnt know yet it was horrible. because of the reschedulling i miss my flight from paris to venice and all this flight is boon through you but i couldnt contact cheapflights because you dont handle it. So what do you think??
Cons: Well at least you could at least know what happened but instead i still got message from you that my flight was still on for 1235 really are you guys that really dumb??
Pros: On time
Cons: Everything. Bad business class food. Old movies. No inflight service.
Pros: Smooth process all the way from check in to seating to disembarkation
Pros: The people at the check-in desk.
Cons: A light snack and drinks would have been good. Even just water.
Pros: The seat was very nice position.
Pros: On time
Cons: 2 times flight per day
Cons: No complain . It’s singapore airlines and not dirty air India or jet Airways
Cons: WiFi didn’t work on 3 of the 4 flights although all purportedly had it. Also didn’t work the majority of the time in the Business Class Lounge in Singapore. Food was mediocre both on flights and in the lounge. Movie selection could hardly have been worse.
Pros: Food, Entertainment.
Cons: Harder than usually landing
Cons: Security screening very slow
Cons: Flat beds on second flight
We’re not the seller
At KAYAK we don’t set prices, so it’s not possible for us to guarantee what other companies are selling.
We aggregate tons of data for you
Our service lets you quickly and easily compare results from hundreds of travel sites at once. In this sense, KAYAK is a search engine and we don't guarantee prices we find.
Why aren’t prices accurate 100% of the time?
Prices on airline seats, hotel rooms and car hires can change frequently. Several people may also be trying to buy the same travel option simultaneously. As a result, you may find on occasion that certain prices are no longer available.
