Pros: "The whole Business experience on SQ"
Cons: "During the same trip I discovered 2 different arrangements of the Business Class cabin on Singapore Airlines A350, SQ469 CMB-SIN, and SQ036 SIN-LAX. On the SQ036, I occupied seat 15 A (mono, aisle-window): I did not understand the reasoning behind this layout: Seat facing straight the front of the aircraft, but not enough space to stretch the legs, and limited height for the footrest, feet getting hurled against a ceiling very quickly, and also footrest only on one side = one foot. The deep cavity, that is probably meant to house the lie-flat disposition, is at a 45° angle with the general direction of the seat. I am 77 and not in any way a contortionist. I decided that the best course of action was to remain seated for the duration of the 14:30 hours, flight without extending my legs. Maybe the crew could have explained how the passenger is supposed to fit into that weird design, but I did not ask, afraid that the demonstration might reawaken chronic shoulder and hip pain. I would be glad to read (not test) how this configuration is supposed to convey the sense of comfort expected from a Business Class ticket. It did nothing of the kind for me."

Pros: "Overall, the staff was amazing, so as the food and cleanliness"
Cons: "The space between the seats in economic seat"
Pros: "Yes and yes"
Cons: "Not sure because I have never had a better experience."
Cons: "WiFi didn’t work on 3 of the 4 flights although all purportedly had it. Also didn’t work the majority of the time in the Business Class Lounge in Singapore. Food was mediocre both on flights and in the lounge. Movie selection could hardly have been worse."
Pros: "personel provided excellent service"
Cons: "food was ok. A faulty entertainment system did make our flight feel longer."
Pros: "Cabin crew was excellent and the premium economy seat was very comfortable and accommodating. The choice of food from the variety menu was also delicious."
Pros: "The seats were comfortable and the staff was very attendant!"
Cons: "No complaints"
Pros: "(Previous PE comparisons: Turkish AL, Air NZ, SAS) Ease of check-in, on-time dep/arr, crew attention and responsiveness, seating within the range to be expected of this class."
Cons: "Plane condition: Cosmetic plastic panel below monitor and seat back pocket on Seat 31E fell off when foot rest was lowered; had previously been secured by adhesive tape. Panel removed by crew. In-flight entertainment system: Persistent intermittent loss of sound while listening to movie or TV program. Food: Tried to use "Book the Cook" feature touted by Singapore's website. Was unable to get on site for that purpose. The last try a message appeared (late September) that site was being "rebuilt." On the flight, there was no menu of choices; we were offered 3 vaguely worded choices which boiled down to beef, chicken or vegetables. Those appeared in not particularly appetizing forms and combinations--P.S., we like east and southeast Asian cooking and had just spent 3 weeks in Japan. Failure to provide information about possible delays due to WRG deplaning location at LAX: Although we are frequent fliers to and from LAX, we'd never heard of the WRG. It would have been helpful if the crew had informed us upon arrival that there could possibly be a wait on the plane as buses were used to transport us approximately 1/2 mile to TBIT. Generally: We chose Singapore because of its reputation for excellence. Belying the name of the class, both Turkish AL and Air NZ treated Premium Economy passengers as "junior" business class. Singapore treated us as coach with a roomier cabin and seating pitch."
Pros: "Friendly Staff. Very nice Meet and Greet Comfortable travel. Meals were tasty."
Pros: "So good to get on a flight where I can fit in the seats..."
Pros: "The crew was excellent and we appreciated the ability to change seats after takeoff."
Pros: "Swap my two reviews! This one is for the flight going to London when I had the Skycouch! That was fabulous."
Cons: "Nothing."
Pros: "The seats are comfortable enough even in the economy class. The crew is attentive. Entertainment is great, lots of movies and music."
Pros: "Nicest crew on the planet. Restrooms stayed clean despite 12 hour flight"
Cons: "One traveler was hit by car and injured prior to the trip. Could not get a refund from the airline."
Pros: "The food in Premium Economy was good and there are plenty of movies to choose from. The staff were lovely."
Cons: "I had paid for Premium Economy and was seated in Row 30. The passengers were boarded up to row 28, then from to back of the plane forward then I was boarded with the last remaining passengers. That was not what I feel should have happened. I did not like the footrest on the seats."
Pros: "Great crew, great food, spacious and nice. Great experience overall."
Pros: "This is an overnight red eye flight. There is not much to interact with crew or service. It is simply long with attempts to sleep."
Pros: "I liked that there was food available and that they offered complimentary snacks and drinks. Some of the crew members were nice and offered good service. I liked that they offered some type of entertainment and free wifi."
Cons: "I didn't like that some of the crew members were not very nice. I also disliked that some of the crew members drove the food/beverage cart violently through the isles and saw as one of the crew members rammed into another person's leg, to only say "oh sorry" and kept on going. This same crew member missed picking up the trash from an entire row and was throwing trash on the floor. She was more interested in caring for a baby on board (not sure if it was her daughter or family member) than the rest of the passengers. I also didn't like the seats were so close to each other, the person in front of me almost hit my face when he reclined his seat all the way back. There wasn't much room to breath let alone stretch."
Cons: "Our family nearly missed the trip due to delayed from Melbourne"
Cons: "The food could have been better, but I think Hawaiian Airlines is the only domestic carrier on domestic flights that offers a meal at no charge. So I can't really complain."
Pros: "Crew was good."
Cons: "Customer Affairs Office needs to understand their role or they should eliminate it as it reflects poorly on the company. In short, they suck."
Pros: "Crew was great"
Cons: "We sat on the tarmac for almost an hour after arriving and the pilot totally lied about the expected wait, “About 10 minutes” when we first arrived and then no update for 45 minutes."
Pros: "Crew was friendly and helpful , food was good"
Cons: "started the flight w a giant roach crawling out from my tray table. We were not able to kill it and it crawled away. Needless to say I spent the entire flight a bit grossed out and antsy thinking the bug would be back. TVs were broken majority of the flight. Had to be reset multiple times throughout"
Pros: "Friendly service... we even got a meal during the flight."
Cons: "No free movies or programs... no Wifi service"
Pros: "Hawaiian always has smooth flights, good entertainment, a MEAL and free rum punch - what's not to like!!"
Cons: "boarding process was a bit slow in Maui, but not a deal killer."
Pros: "Complimentary sandwich was good. Crew was courteous."
Cons: "Despite being a 5 hr long flight, there were no individual entertainment screens for seats. Plane was old."
Pros: "Service was friendly"
Cons: "Hawaiian Airlines changed our seats both to and from Lihu'e. My wife and I were traveling with another couple. We booked our flights together and chose our seats so we could sit together. On both flights we were separated. Why give the purchaser an option to pick seats if the airlines changes them with no warning? Also, the in-flight entertainment was non-existent."
Pros: "Hawaiian Air crews deliver better service in a more professional manner than most others. We had a difficult group of passengers causing a delay upon boarding. The crew took care that well."
Cons: "Domestic air travel in the USA has generally lost it's way. The costomer experience can be negatively influenced at so many points during the average trip. On this flight, other passengers (one family) with disgusting manners, smelly carry on food and generally poor attitudes, made it a captive experience. The crew were the bright spot. An airline can't help that much but, can mitigate the damage and the employees did that. You have very good people."
Pros: "The crew was very friendly and did great dealing with some difficult passengers. They also kept us going with snacks and drinks."
Cons: "It seemed really hot on the plane for the whole flight...I feel like it could have been 10 degrees cooler and no one would be uncomfortable."
Pros: "I liked the food and the supplies given for the long trip, blanket, eye cover, toothbrush, etc."
Cons: "More comfortable seats"
Pros: "The seat was not comfortable and the food as well"
Pros: "everything! the A380 plane and the onboard entertainment and services was fantastic"
Pros: "Same as first trip but this time the manager gave us some crackers and chocolate because we asked her to give us something to eat"
Cons: "Same as first trip but this time we were more mad and the food was like rubber we told the manager and she brought us some of the crews food and we still didn’t have any food because it smelled rotten"
Pros: "Emirates crew knows how to manage the kids well and they have the right menu for kids, right entertainment"
Cons: "everything was mostly fine"
Pros: "Could not fault the staff one iota. Incredibly attentive to their customers, graceful and supportive. The supervisor get a special mention as he helped me with eating my meals with a sleeping toddler and even held her for me while I spent a penny. I have never felt more cared for by a group of complete strangers in my life! Thank you. You literally saved my sanity!"
Cons: "Nothing to fault at all on this flight. Food was great, staff were hard working and magical unicorns."
Pros: "My children enjoyed their first flight they were very well spoilt on the flight also the care they took with my mum."
Pros: "The departure & arrival time. A fantastic price that included an excellent meal there and back, 30k luggage quota, entertainment that lasted throughout the duration of the flight. It just seemed seamless and felt like it didn't take that long to get there. I will definitely be catching this flight, every time I return to NZ"
Pros: "Consistently good service from emirates crew"
Cons: "Too much meat in the dining options Boarding was slow"
Pros: "Spacious for the kid to walk"
Cons: "For this flight boarding was smooth as my previous flight was late and an Emirates employee ran us through security and to this flight on time. For the people reading this review who might think my kid would have been messy or cranky on the flight so we were treated this way, that was not the case, she not even cried once or made a mess. Same as my previous flight with crew, Crew were so late in responses, my wife actually walked to their place 2 times to get milk for the baby. Also she was not served food at all when they served breakfast. We requested Hindu meal and I was served hindu meal and she was missed and when they served lunch she was told she has not requested prior to the flight and can only be served a regular meal, which she gladly accepted. Kid was not served any food again, so we gave her solid from our meal. When we requested some food for the baby she was given a banana baby food(Kid did not even eat it). Taste of the food was edible(Not great). Overall do not fly emirates with a kid"
Pros: "crews were nice"
Cons: "Very crowded flight. Fully book. Super busy bathroom. Food was bad"
Cons: "Would be nice if they offered hot towels for the Economy passengers."
Pros: "Very delayed flight that resulted to missed my flight going to davao"
Pros: "Roomy for premium class, friendly service, flight went like clockwork."
Cons: "Plane interior was showing its age."
Pros: "CX882, seat 44k would not recline. Made my journey a bit uncomfortable."
Cons: "It was a long delay, about an hour. The airline kept silence until too late. They gave us a blanket, some refreshments and where to have breakfast. Those who made a fuss were taken to hotel. Many others stayed at the airport and had a terrible night."
Pros: "Great food (probably the best I’ve had on a flight) and a fairly good in flight entertainment."
Cons: "The crew was good , but I observed that one aisle got a follow up of drinks more than my aisle. It made me wish that I was sitting in that aisle."
Pros: "Everyone that was part of the Cathay Pacific team was so friendly and helpful. They were very accommodating and quick to assist me outside the typical meal and drink service times. I flew economy and the seats were fairly comfortable. There were plenty of new films to choose from for entertainment as well."
Pros: "The flight attendants we're so kind and polite. They worked very hard to be helpful to everyone on the plane."
Cons: "Everything was good except for the meal part. I was seated at the last and by the time I had my turn to choose from the menu, I was left with just one choice because all the passengers ahead of me got to choose first. Would be great if Cathay would accommodate extra meals on their flights."
