Pros: As always the crew was so nice...really catered to our needs on the long flight.

Pros: The crew is always very professional.

Cons: The inflight entertainment was down for 2/3 of the people flying. And it was a 14 hour flight... :/

Cons: Seats were so close together that when the person in front of me leaned back, my personal screen was inches from my face. Then when it was time to get the seats back up - none moved - they all had to be pulled up by many people.

Cons: Check-in for ticket took 2 hours!

Cons: On board crew provided poor services and lacked proper training. Overall, the crew were hostile toward passengers and did not provide proper services of cleaning the trays or providing adequate beverages during flight

Cons: Tbilisi-Doha delayed due to no A/C. Inadequate notices. Children yelling behind me, no action taken. Doha-BKK worse. Another 1 1/2 hr delay. Woman I’ll eventually taken off. Flight deck with inadequate notices. Then searched for woman’s overhead luggage. Others with delays elsewhere. Never again.

Pros: Crew is friendly and polite. The guy at the boarding who made my day after all my nervous story with boarding pass! With his one sentence and sweet behavior the difficult transatlantic trip became more comfortable.

Cons: In Tbilisi there were problems with boarding pass from Doha to NYC, as they said at desk than I’ll git it in Doha without problems. The arrival was late, wat Doha’s desk they tried to give me boarding oass , but at last sent to the information desk, at that time I had only 1 hr before departure, lazy woman at dest was not so much helpful and friendly, at last I’ve got the boarding and run to the gate as crazy. It was possible to say that I can got it at the gate too

Pros: Entertainment and food is always great with Qatar!

Cons: After I got in my seat an Islamic lady came and said that I was in her seat. I looked at her ticket and while it was the right seat number, she was on the wrong flight. I got a stewardess to help her. She had gone through 3 boarding pass checks and was still on the wrong flight. They let her fly!

Cons: Crew needs more booster, perhaps? so they can share some smiles and warm gestures like what we experienced during flight from Singapore to Doha. Ability to choose kids' meal 24 hours before flight. we don't know the avail menu, hence we ordered on outbound only, unable to change afterwards.

Pros: Staff were helpful, pleasant, and attentive. Really appreciated that due to the length of my layover in Doha, I was given a hotel room - which I hadn't asked for, and which Qatar Airlines personnel told me I might be able to get, and then arranged or me. That's excellent service!

Cons: I wish NO ONE's seat tipped back - space is already tight, and if everyone just stayed in their own space rather than tipping seats aback, everyone would have more room! Once the person in front has leaned their seat back, it's impossible to really use the tray, which is pretty frustrating.

Cons: The flight was excellent and the service was impeccable. The attention that they gave all the passengers including myself was excellent. Would Recomend to take Qatar from Bombay to Miami

Pros: LOVED the cup of Ramen anytime snack and curved utensils for eating on a moving plane, genius! Service and quality of product is great. If possible, I will always Choose Cathay Pacific airlines over any US Legacy Airlines to Asia any day!

Cons: Stop shrinking the check-in luggage size and allowable weight every few years. It's a nuisance to have to buy new luggage every few years when perfectly working luggage has to be thrown away because of size requirement shrinkage.

Pros: Because I was in the bulkhead seat - it was good.

Cons: My first flight arrived 30 min late which meant that my 50-minute layover was tight. But instead of holding the next plane for us, they forced us to re-book on a flight leaving 14 hours later! I was not ok with this so I pushed the issue and they put me on the flight leaving 6hrs later. :-(((((

Pros: Been flying CX for years and for some reasons this time all the staff members were excellent. From ground to air crew everyone was well informed, nice and helpful. Another surprise was the vegan meal I ordered. Airplane food in general is disgusting, but this time the vegan meal was delicious.

Cons: Flying out from JFK is a nightmare, we had to wait for 40 mins on the runway. Not sure if airlines can actually improve that?
